Tips for Better Transcript Search

Use key phrases

Specific phrases work better than single common words. "Customer acquisition cost" beats "cost."

Try synonyms

If "revenue" doesn't find it, try "income," "earnings," or "sales."

Search for speaker patterns

If someone has a verbal habit like "the thing is," you can search for that to find their segments.

Combine with frame search

Looking for a presentation moment? Search "shows the slide about revenue" to combine visual and spoken context.

Common Questions

How accurate are the transcripts?

Very accurate for clear audio. Background noise, multiple speakers, or heavy accents may reduce accuracy.

Can I search for exact phrases?

Yes. Put phrases in quotes: "the most important thing"

What languages are supported?

Eden supports transcription in multiple languages. The language is auto-detected.

Can I search across everything at once?

Yes. Using the main search bar searches your entire workspace.

Does it find partial matches?

Yes. Searching "market" will find "marketing," "marketplace," etc.
