Checking Your Current Plan

To see your current plan and usage:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Billing

  3. View your Workspace

You'll see:

  • Your current plan

  • Credits used / remaining

  • Storage used / available

  • When your billing cycle resets

Upgrading Your Plan

To upgrade to a higher tier:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click View Plan

  3. Select the plan you want

  4. Confirm the change

What happens:

  • Your new plan takes effect immediately

  • You get the new plan's limits right away

  • You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle

Downgrading Your Plan

To move to a lower tier:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click View Plan

  3. Select the lower plan

  4. Confirm the change

What happens:

  • Your current plan continues until the end of your billing cycle

  • The new plan takes effect at your next billing date

  • Your content remains — nothing is deleted

Note: If you're over the new plan's storage limit, you'll need to delete some content before the new plan starts.

Switching to Annual Billing

To switch to annual:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click View Plan or Switch to Annual

  3. Select annual billing

  4. Confirm

You can switch to annual billing at any time. Your payment is prorated based on your remaining monthly period.

Adding More Credits

Running low on AI credits? Add more without changing your plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click Manage AI Credits

  3. Purchase a credit add-on pack: $25 for 1,600 credits

Add-on credits are available immediately and don't expire at the end of your billing cycle. You can also turn on auto-refill to automatically add credits when you're running low.

Adding More Storage

Need more space? Add storage to any plan:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click Manage Storage

  3. Add storage at $20 per terabyte per month

Canceling Your Subscription

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → View Plan

  2. Click Cancel Subscription under the pricing cards

  3. Confirm cancellation

What happens:

  • Your paid features continue until the end of your billing period

  • After that, your account moves to the Free plan

  • Your content remains, but you'll have Free plan limits (100 one-time credits, 15GB storage)

  • Any unused add-on credits you've purchased carry over — they don't expire

Updating Payment Method

To change your credit card or payment method:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing

  2. Click Payment Method or Update Card

  3. Enter your new payment information

  4. Save changes

Common Questions

When does my billing cycle reset? Your credits reset on your billing date each month (or year for annual plans). Check Settings > Billing for your specific date.

What happens if I run out of credits? Eden automatically switches you to a Free model (only on paid plans) — an unlimited, always-available model that's slower and less capable than premium models, but ensures you're never locked out of AI. You can also purchase a credit add-on pack to get back to your preferred models immediately.

Does uploading files use credits? No. Uploading files and transcribing links are included in your plan and don't count toward your credit usage.

Can I get a refund? Contact support@eden.so for refund requests. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.

Do unused credits roll over? No. Monthly credits reset each billing cycle. Add-on credits don't expire.

What payment methods do you accept? Major credit cards and debit cards.

Is there a free trial of paid plans? The Free plan lets you try Eden's features. We don't currently offer trials of paid tiers, but you can upgrade and downgrade anytime.

Can I pause my subscription? We don't have a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe later — your content will remain on the Free plan in between.
