Upgrade, downgrade, add requests, or switch to annual billing — all from your account settings.
Checking Your Current Plan
To see your current plan and usage:
Go to Settings
Select Billing
View your Workspace
You'll see:
Your current plan
Requests used / remaining
Storage used / available
When your billing cycle resets
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade to a higher tier:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click View Plan
Select the plan you want
Confirm the change
What happens:
Your new plan takes effect immediately
You get the new plan's limits right away
You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
Downgrading Your Plan
To move to a lower tier:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click View Plan
Select the lower plan
Confirm the change
What happens:
Your current plan continues until the end of your billing cycle
The new plan takes effect at your next billing date
Your content remains — nothing is deleted
Note: If you're over the new plan's storage limit, you'll need to delete some content before the new plan starts.
Switching to Annual Billing
Save ~17% by paying annually:

To switch to annual:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click View Plan or Switch to Annual
Select annual billing
Confirm
You can switch to annual billing at any time. Your payment is prorated based on your remaining monthly period.
Adding More Requests
Running low on AI requests? Add more without changing your plan:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Manage AI requests
Purchase a pack of 1,500 requests
Add-on pricing:

Add-on requests are available immediately and don't expire at the end of your billing cycle.
Canceling Your Subscription
To cancel:
Go to Settings → Billing → View Plan
Click Cancel Subscription under the pricing cards
Confirm cancellation
What happens:
Your paid features continue until the end of your billing period
After that, your account moves to the Free plan
Your content remains, but you'll have Free plan limits (15 requests, 3 canvases, 15GB storage)
Updating Payment Method
To change your credit card or payment method:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Payment Method or Update Card
Enter your new payment information
Save changes
Viewing Billing History
To see past invoices:
Go to Settings → Billing
Click Billing History or Invoices
Download any invoice as needed

Common Questions
When does my billing cycle reset?
Your requests reset on your billing date each month (or year for annual plans). Check Settings > Billing for your specific date.
What happens if I run out of requests?
You can upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on pack. Without requests, you can still access your content but can't use AI features or transcribe new content.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support@eden.so for refund requests. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
Do unused requests roll over?
No. Monthly requests reset each billing cycle. Add-on requests don't expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards and debit cards.
Is there a free trial of paid plans?
The Free plan lets you try Eden's features. We don't currently offer trials of paid tiers, but you can upgrade and downgrade anytime.
Can I pause my subscription?
We don't have a pause feature. You can cancel and resubscribe later — your content will remain on the Free plan in between.
