Every Eden plan includes AI chat, document analysis, video/podcast transcription, visual search, and Canvas. The difference is how much you can use.
How AI Requests Work
Eden uses a simple request system: one request = one AI action. This includes:
Sending one message in an AI chat
Transcribing one file (video, audio, or document)
Transcribing one link (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
That's it. No complicated token math or multipliers to think about.
Note: We plan to update our pricing model in the future to be even more usage-based. For now, this simple 1:1 system keeps things straightforward.

Hit your monthly limit but need to keep working? Add requests instantly. Each pack gives you 1,000 more AI actions to use for chat messages, file transcriptions, or link transcriptions.

Add-on requests are available immediately and don't expire at the end of your billing cycle — use them whenever you need them. Storage add-ons remain active as long as you maintain your Pro subscription.

Choosing the Right Plan
Start with Creator if you're unsure
Most users find Creator is more than enough. You can always upgrade to Pro if you need more.
Think about your workflow:
Occasional use → Starter
Daily AI work → Creator
Heavy professional use → Pro
Consider your transcription needs
If you transcribe a lot of video or podcast content, each file counts as one request. A weekly podcaster transcribing 4 episodes per month uses 4 requests just for transcription, leaving plenty for AI chat.
How to Upgrade
Go to Settings
Select Billing
Choose Change Plan
Select your new plan
Your new plan takes effect immediately. You'll be credited for unused time on your current plan.
Common Questions
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want in Settings > Billing.
Do unused requests roll over?
No, requests reset each billing cycle.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your new limits take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You keep access to all your content.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes! Save ~17% by paying annually:
Starter: $170/year ($14/month)
Creator: $350/year ($29/month)
Pro: $990/year ($83/month)
You can switch to annual billing anytime at a prorated rate.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The Free plan lets you explore Eden with 15 requests/month. Upgrade when you're ready.

How does the request system work?
It's simple: one request = one action. Send a chat message? That's one request. Transcribe a YouTube video? One request. We've removed the complexity of tokens and multipliers. We plan to refine this model further in the future to be even more aligned with actual usage.
I'm a Kortex user — how do I get my discount?
Your Kortex subscription is automatically linked to Eden. If you're on Kortex Kore, you have access to Eden Starter at $14/month. Kortex Premium users get Creator at $21/month. You can also upgrade to Pro at the discounted rate of $79/month. Visit Settings > Billing to manage your plan.
