Welcome to Eden

Eden is an AI-powered workspace for creatives where AI doesn't just answer questions — it actually does the work. It organizes your files, researches for you, creates documents, and helps you build on everything you've saved.

Whether you're a filmmaker managing hours of footage, a writer collecting research, or a team collaborating on content, Eden brings your entire creative process into one place — with an AI agent that works alongside you.

What Makes Eden Different

🗂️ Your Drive, Supercharged – Upload files, paste YouTube links, save articles, take notes. Everything you add is automatically transcribed, tagged, and analyzed — making it instantly searchable and AI-referencable.

🔍 Search That Actually Works – Describe what you're looking for ("pink sweater" or "the part where she talks about pricing") and Eden finds the exact video frame, transcript moment, or file you need — across your entire workspace.

📁 Projects for Focused Work – Create dedicated spaces for specific pieces of work. Add your files, research, and references — AI automatically has context of everything in the Project, so you can create without re-explaining.

🤖 AI Agents That Do Things – Eden's AI doesn't just answer questions. It creates files, organizes folders, searches the web, and executes complex multi-step tasks — like a digital assistant that actively works for you.

Here's how to go from zero to productive:

1. Add Your First Content

At the top of your workspace, you'll see a quick create bar with options for Note, Link, and Upload. You can also click the + button in the top left of your sidebar.

  • Upload a file (PDF, video, image, audio)

  • Paste a link (YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, articles)

  • Create a note to jot down ideas

Everything you add to your workspace is automatically processed — transcribed, tagged, and ready to search. Your workspace isn't just storage. It's your AI's memory.

2. Try Search

Once you've added a few items, use the search bar to find something specific. Try describing:

  • A moment in a video ("when they discuss the budget")

  • Visual content in an image or frame ("sunset over mountains")

  • Text from a transcript or document

You can also search using AI directly. In any AI chat, type @ to mention specific files, or just ask AI to search for you: "Find all my notes about email marketing" or "What videos do I have about productivity?"

Eden searches across all your content and surfaces the most relevant matches.

3. Create Your First Project

Click + in the top left and select "Project," then name it (e.g., "Q1 Newsletter," "YouTube Script: AI Tools").

From here, you can:

  • Add relevant files — research, templates, past work, brand guidelines

  • Create notes directly in the Project to write alongside AI

  • Chat with AI that automatically has context of everything in the Project

  • Edit files directly in the Project while chatting with AI — no switching between tools

Ask things like: "Based on my research, what are the key points I should cover?" or "Help me write an intro that matches the style of my past articles."

4. Delegate to AI Agents

Eden's AI agents don't just answer questions — they perform actions in your workspace. Open Eden AI and try giving it a real task:

  • Build your workspace: "I'm a freelance writer with multiple clients. Create a folder structure with sections for Active Clients, Templates, and Portfolio."

  • Research for you: "Find 10 YouTube videos about productivity systems, save them, and create a summary of key insights."

  • Create documents: "Draft an SOP for my client onboarding process based on my existing notes."

  • Organize your files: "Organize my notes using the PARA system and sort new uploads into the right folders."

The more specific your prompts, the better the results. You can also organize manually by creating folders for different projects, clients, or content types — and then let agents help maintain that structure over time.

Thank you.
