Eden is built for creative teams. Add team members to collaborate on videos, canvases, documents, and more — all in one workspace.

Adding Team Members

To invite someone to your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Workspace

  3. Click Members

  4. Click Add Member

  5. Enter their email address

  6. Send the invitation

They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

What They Can Do

Owner

Full access. Manage billing, team members, and all content.

Member

Create, edit, and collaborate on content. Cannot manage billing or team settings.

What Teams Can Do Together

Shared Workspace

Everyone on your team sees the same folders, files, and canvases. Changes sync in real-time.

Video Commenting

Leave timestamped comments on specific video frames. Perfect for giving feedback to editors or collaborators.

Canvas Collaboration

Work together on canvases — add items, create AI chats, and build out ideas as a team.

Shared AI Context

When team members reference the same files in AI chats, everyone benefits from the same transcriptions and analysis.

How Requests Work for Teams

AI requests are shared across the workspace. The workspace plan determines the total requests available each month, and all team members draw from the same pool.

Example: A Creator plan workspace has 2,500 requests/month. If you have 3 team members, that's 2,500 total — not 2,500 each.

For larger teams with heavy AI usage, consider the Pro plan or add-on packs as needed.

Organizing Team Content

Use folders strategically

Create folders for different projects, clients, or departments so team members can find what they need.

Establish naming conventions

Agree on how to name files and folders so everyone stays consistent.

Removing Team Members

To remove someone from your workspace:

  1. Go to Settings

  2. Select Team

  3. Find the team member

  4. Click Remove

They'll lose access to the workspace immediately. Content they created stays in the workspace.

Common Questions

How many team members can I add?

Team members are unlimited on all paid plans. Each additional member costs $17/month. Free tier workspaces cannot add team members — upgrade to any paid plan to collaborate with your team.

Can team members have different roles?

Currently there are two roles: Owner and Member. Owners have full access including billing and team management. Members can create and collaborate on content.

What happens to someone's content if I remove them?

All content stays in the workspace. Nothing is deleted when a team member leaves.

Can I have multiple workspaces?

Contact support@eden.so if you need multiple separate workspaces.

Do team members need their own Eden account?

Yes. Each team member signs up for their own Eden account, then joins your workspace via invitation.
