Adding Team Members
To invite someone to your workspace:
Go to Settings
Select Workspace
Click Members
Click Add Member
Enter their email address
Send the invitation
They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Team Roles
Role | What They Can Do |

What Teams Can Do Together
Shared Workspace
Everyone on your team sees the same folders, files, and projects. Changes sync in real-time.
Video Commenting
Leave timestamped comments on specific video frames. Perfect for giving feedback to editors or collaborators.
Project Collaboration
Work together inside Projects — add files, chat with AI, and build out ideas as a team. AI automatically has context of everything in the Project, so everyone benefits from the same research and resources.
Shared AI Context
When team members reference the same files in AI chats, everyone benefits from the same transcriptions and analysis.
How Credits Work for Teams
AI credits are shared across the workspace. The workspace plan determines the total credits available each month, and all team members draw from the same pool.
Example: A Creator plan workspace has 2,500 credits/month. If you have 3 team members, that's 2,500 total — not 2,500 each.
For larger teams with heavy AI usage, consider the Pro plan or credit add-on packs as needed.
Organizing Team Content
Use folders strategically
Create folders for different projects, clients, or departments so team members can find what they need.
Example structure:

Agree on how to name files and folders so everyone stays consistent.
Removing Team Members
To remove someone from your workspace:

Remove
They'll lose access to the workspace immediately. Content they created stays in the workspace.
Common Questions
How many team members can I add? Team members are unlimited on all paid plans. Each additional member costs $17/month. Free tier workspaces cannot add team members — upgrade to any paid plan to collaborate with your team.
Can team members have different roles? Currently there are two roles: Owner and Member. Owners have full access including billing and team management. Members can create and collaborate on content.
What happens to someone's content if I remove them? All content stays in the workspace. Nothing is deleted when a team member leaves.
Can I have multiple workspaces? Contact support@eden.so if you need multiple separate workspaces.
Do team members need their own Eden account? Yes. Each team member signs up for their own Eden account, then joins your workspace via invitation.
