Rate a Custom AI you bought

Where the ask appears

Open your purchased AI and, once you have sent a few messages and a few days have passed since you bought it, a small How is it going? card shows at the top of the chat. Its button opens the review form right there. Dismiss the card and it comes back in two weeks; dismiss it twice and it stays away for that product. The Rate this link at the bottom of the AI's page opens the same form whenever you want it.

You will also get an email about 7 days after your purchase, and one more two weeks later if you have not answered. The button in that email opens the form in your browser with no sign-in needed. The link is yours alone: it is tied to your purchase, so do not forward it.

Fill in the form

Only the stars are required. Pick one to five, then write as much or as little as you like, up to 1,000 characters. If you are not sure where to start, tap one of the starter lines above the box, like "I bought this because..." or "The most useful thing so far...", and finish the sentence.

Add a photo of yourself is optional: JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 5 MB, shown as a small circle next to your review. Skip it and Eden shows your account photo if you have one, otherwise your first initial.

Your name shows as your first name and last initial, like "Dan K." Switch to Anonymous to hide both your name and your photo. The line under the button says what happens next: your review, name, photo, and rating may be shown on the product page and in Eden.

Post it and it is live right away. There is no waiting for approval.

Change it later

Open the same card, link, or email button and the form shows what you wrote. Change the stars, the words, the photo, or the anonymous switch and post again; your review keeps its original date and only the newest version shows.

What the creator sees

The creator sees your stars, your words, your display name (or "Anonymous"), and the date, the same as anyone reading the product page. They can hide a review from their page but cannot change what you wrote. If your purchase is refunded, your review comes off the page on its own. Eden can remove reviews that break the rules.
