What can I sell?
Six kinds of product. A Custom AI that answers from your knowledge and method. A course, lessons in order with checkmarks. A digital download: a PDF, a template board or table, a written guide, or a zip from your workspace. A cohort, a course that runs on dates with live sessions and seats. Coaching, with applications, calls, and a private space for each client. And a paid newsletter, with every issue by email and in one archive. Any of them can be paid once, as a monthly or yearly membership, or free, and you can sell several together as a bundle at one price, with its own page.
Can I charge monthly?
Yes. Set How buyers pay to Membership on any product and add a monthly price, a yearly price, or both. Products with an AI chat can include 100 to 1,000 AI credits a month, at $0.04 a credit taken from each payment. Members change their card or cancel in Stripe, and access lasts to the end of the period they paid for.
Can I run a cohort or sell coaching?
Yes. A cohort is a course with dates: seats, a waitlist, live sessions in each student's time zone, and lessons that open all at once, a section a week, or on dates you pick. Coaching adds one-to-one calls booked on your Google Calendar inside Eden (or through Calendly, Cal.com, or any booking link), applications before anyone pays, intake questions, and a private space for each client with an AI that knows your method and their answers.
Can I offer order bumps and upsells?
Yes. Order bumps come on every selling plan, and upsells on Pro. An order bump is a checkbox next to Pay that adds another of your products to the same payment, with your own headline and description. An upsell is a one-click offer right after checkout, charged to the card the buyer just used. Show up to 3 in a row, each with its own path for a yes and a no, like a cheaper version after a no. Any of them can be a bundle. Buyers never see an offer for something they already own.
Can a quiz send people to the right product?
Yes, from Starter. Build a form in your store: a quiz that ends on the product that fits each person, an application for coaching, or a simple form. Starter includes 3 forms, and Pro and Max have no cap. You see what each result sold.
Can I email my buyers?
Yes. Email marketing is built into your store. Everyone who buys, claims a free product, or signs up joins your list. Email is priced by your sends, not your list. Starter sends broadcasts, with 10,000 contacts and 10,000 sends a month included. Pro adds sequences that run on their own and checkout recovery, with 50,000 contacts and 50,000 sends. Extra sends start at 10,000 a month for $10 and get cheaper per send as you grow, only if you turn that on. Importing a list is free up to your plan's contacts.
Can other people sell my products for a cut?
Yes, on Pro. Turn on an affiliate program and pick who can join: people you approve, anyone who applies, only your buyers, or only people you invite. Set a percent or flat cut, per product if you like. Eden tracks each affiliate's link and discount code, takes their cut at checkout, holds it 30 days for refunds, and pays them to their own Stripe account. You never pay anyone by hand, and Eden's fee doesn't change.
Who can sell?
Selling and the store need an owned workspace on Starter, Pro, or Max. Free, Personal, and Personal Plus workspaces see an Upgrade to Starter prompt.
How do I get paid?
Connect your Stripe account under Storefront. Every sale is charged through your Stripe, so the money goes to you directly. Eden takes 5% (2% on Max) and Stripe's processing fee comes out of your share.
What about taxes and refunds?
Your Stripe account handles payment, tax, and refund activity, the same as any store you run on Stripe. A full refund revokes the buyer's access automatically. You can also revoke one person's access without refunding.
Can buyers use my product outside Eden?
Yes. Every purchased Custom AI works in Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any agent that speaks MCP through the Eden MCP. Loading it there is free of credits, and the buyer's chats in Eden start on the Fast model at one credit a message.
Can I bring my existing customers?
Yes. Upload a CSV or paste emails under Customers, choose up to ten products, and everyone on the list gets lifetime access. Add a source label like the platform you are leaving, and choose whether to send access emails.
How does the referral commission work?
Anyone who signs up for Eden from your page or your Built on Eden badge is your referral. You earn 20% of their plan payments, rising to 22.5% once your referrals pay Eden $1,000 a month, 25% at $7,500, and 30% at $25,000, paid out through Stripe.
Does it work on mobile?
Buying happens on the web. Once bought, the product shows up in the buyer's Eden iOS and Android apps like any other Custom AI, with the lessons and chat.
Do I write the sales page myself?
You can, but you do not have to. The page step drafts the headline, description, and welcome page from your lessons, and the real product page previews beside the form as you edit. Chat can build the whole product with you too.
