Custom AI seller terms
Effective October 1, 2026. These terms apply when you sell a Custom AI through Eden.
By enabling sales, you authorize Eden to host your product pages, deliver your Custom AI to buyers, process payments through your connected Stripe account, and deduct the fees and included-credit costs disclosed before publication. You must keep your identity, business and payout information accurate and comply with the agreements applicable to your Stripe account.
You retain ownership of your original materials. You grant Eden the rights necessary to host, reproduce, process, and deliver the published AI and knowledge to authorized buyers, including through connected AI apps. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for everything you publish, including images, training materials, examples, likenesses and third-party contributions. Do not include other people's confidential or personal data without authorization.
Describe capabilities and limitations truthfully. Do not fabricate testimonials, results, credentials, scarcity or guarantees. Clearly disclose paid endorsements and referral relationships where required. You are responsible for the support, refund terms and other commitments you make to buyers; you may not disclaim non-waivable consumer rights.
A buyer receives access to the purchased managed AI in the selected Eden workspace. Buyers may use the AI and what it produces for their own purposes. They may not resell, share, or redistribute the AI, its instructions, or its knowledge. Eden's interface may hide instructions or document previews, but authorized buyers can read purchased instructions and knowledge through MCP. Eden does not promise secrecy, copy prevention, exclusivity, or identical behavior across third-party AI apps.
Product prices, platform fees and optional included-credit costs are shown in the seller interface. If a product includes Eden AI credits, the credit cost is deducted from each payment: once on a one-time sale, and on every paid payment of a membership, including renewals. Included credits are granted to the buyer's Eden workspace, do not expire, stay with the buyer when a membership ends, and are not refundable once spent. The amount is fixed at purchase; later changes apply to new buyers only. Credits you give customers from your store are charged to the card on your Eden account at the rate shown before you confirm, land in the customer's Eden workspace, do not expire, and are not refundable. Funds you add to your Credits for customers balance are charged to the same card, are held as credits at the rate shown, pay for included credits on free signups and for your gifts, do not expire, and are not refundable. Stripe processing fees, refunds, disputes, taxes and other applicable charges may affect the amount received. Product proceeds and referral commissions are separate. Referral commissions follow the rates, 30-day hold, and $25 payout minimum shown in your store; no earnings are guaranteed.
You may ask to list a product on the Eden Marketplace. Eden reviews each request and may approve, reject, feature or remove a listing at any time, and will tell you why when it rejects or removes one. A marketplace sale is one where the buyer reached your product from an Eden Marketplace listing in the same browsing session. On a marketplace sale, Eden's platform fee is 10% of the payment instead of the standard platform fee, after any included-credit costs are deducted. The 10% applies to the listed product only, not to order bumps or upsells bought with it. On a membership it applies to the first payment only; renewals pay the standard fee. Paid products must use Eden checkout to be listed. A buyer who gets a new Eden account through a marketplace sale is not your referral, so you earn no referral commission on their Eden plan or credits. Turning off a listing stops new marketplace sales; sales already made keep the fee they were charged.
You must provide clear product and refund information before purchase. Eden may carry out authorized full refunds, revoke a refunded managed install, and remove unspent included credits. You are responsible for refunds, disputes, reversed fees, and taxes on your sales, as set out in your Stripe account agreement and applicable law.
Buyer email addresses and webhook data may be used only for purposes supported by your notices, permissions and applicable law. A purchase alone is not blanket marketing permission. Protect downloaded records and webhook secrets, honor applicable rights requests, and do not expose buyer data to unrelated parties.
Turning off a listing stops new sales and ordinarily preserves prior purchases. Eden may restrict unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive or unsafe products. If Eden removes a product or a seller, Eden will tell you why where the law allows it, and you may reply with your side. Buyers who already paid ordinarily keep access. If a product is removed for being unlawful or infringing, Eden may refund those buyers from your proceeds. If Eden stops offering Custom AI selling, sellers and buyers will be given notice and a reasonable period to export their materials.
