Channels that show what's new. Each channel shows its last message, so members see where the talk is before they tap. You and your admins set the order.
Threads with their own inbox. Reply in a thread and the main chat stays readable. Every thread someone is in waits for them in one inbox.
Voice notes, photos, @mentions. Members send voice notes and photo grids, and tap a name to see who someone is. Drafts are saved per channel.
Rooms for your best members. Make a channel only buyers of one product can see, or only members you tag VIP.
Categories you set. Members post under your categories, and you can lock a category so only hosts post there.
Pin what everyone needs. Pinned posts sit at the top, so the start-here post never sinks under today's chat. Moderators can save a good chat answer as a post.
Posts that look like posts. Add a cover image and a video to a post. The chat is for talking. The Forum is what's still there next month.

No. As of October 2026 Skool has no public API and no MCP server of its own; the third-party Skool MCP servers you will find run on reverse-engineered endpoints with your login. Eden's MCP is official: from Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor you can set up and run your community (channels, forum posts, events) and your store.
