Take bookings on your Google Calendar
Let people book open times on your own Google Calendar, with a Meet link on every call, and no other scheduler.
Connect Google Calendar in Your store → Integrations → Scheduling. Set your hours in Your store → Calendar. People see only your open times, and each call lands on your calendar with a Google Meet link.
Set it up
- 01
Connect Google Calendar
Open Integrations, click Connect Google Calendar, and sign in with Google.
- 02
Pick your calendars
On the card, tick the calendars under Check these calendars for conflicts. Pick where calls go under Add new calls to. Only calendars you own are listed there.
- 03
Set your hours
Open Calendar, fill in Your hours, and click Save hours.
- 04
Pick what people book
Make a call type in Calendar, like a free intro call, and share its link. Or turn it on for a coaching product: on the Coaching step, set How clients book to Eden scheduling.
You set Your hours once. Every call type and coaching product books on them, so nothing double books. See Share booking links for your calls.
Connect more than one Google account
Click Add another account on the Google Calendar card and sign in with the other account. You can connect up to 5.
- Busy time on a checked calendar in any account hides that time from people.
- Each account gets its own list under Check these calendars for conflicts.
- Add new calls to shows every calendar you own, with its account next to it. Calls go on the one you pick.
- Each account has its own Disconnect button, and Reconnect if Google stops letting Eden in.
Hours and booking rules
All of these live in Your store → Calendar, under Your hours.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Where you meet | Google Meet, or My own link (one link for every call). |
| Weekly hours | The times people can book, on your own clock. |
| Date changes | Block a day off, or set different hours on one date. |
| Minimum notice | How soon someone can book. |
| Booking window | How far ahead someone can book. |
| Gap between calls | Free time kept before and after each call and busy event. |
| Most calls in a day | A daily cap. |
| Start times | Where calls can start, like On the hour. |
| Moving and canceling | How long before a call people can still move or cancel it themselves. |
To take several days off, click Time off next to Your hours. A call type can also set its own notice, window, and days.
What coaching clients see
Clients click Book a call in their coaching. They pick a time and click Book this call. They get the details by email, and the call shows in their coaching with Join.
To change it, they open the same page and use Move or Cancel under Your next call.
If you change a call in Google Calendar
- Move the event, and Eden moves the call.
- Delete the event, and Eden cancels the call.
- Eden only touches events it made. It checks your other events for busy times only. It never sees their titles or details.
Disconnect
Click Disconnect next to the account on the Google Calendar card. Eden deletes its access to that account. Calls already on your calendar stay there.
If that account was taking new calls, new calls move to the main calendar of your next connected account. Change it under Add new calls to.
Share booking links for your calls
Make a call type once, like a free intro call or a paid session, and share its booking link as often as you like.
Sell coaching
Sell coaching, consulting, or any high-ticket offer, with applications, calls on your own scheduler, and a private space for each client.
Connect Calendly or Cal.com
Connect your scheduler so coaching calls booked, moved, or canceled there show up on the right client in Eden by themselves.
