Share booking links for your calls

Make a call type once, like a free intro call or a paid session, and share its booking link as often as you like.

·4 min read

Go to Your store → Calendar, set your hours, and click New call type. Each call type gets one link, like yourname.eden.so/call/intro. Share it anywhere. People pick a time and it lands on your Google Calendar.

Make a call type

  1. 01

    Connect Google Calendar

Calendar asks you to connect it first. Your busy times block slots, and every booked call lands on your calendar.

  2. 02

    Set your hours

Fill in Your hours at the bottom of the page and click Save hours.

  3. 03

    Make the call

Pick a starting point or click New call type. Fill in the name, length, and price, then click Create call.

  4. 04

    Share the link

Click the copy icon on the call's row. Use the same link as often as you like.

Your first call can start from Free intro call (15 min), Strategy session (60 min, paid), or Sales call (30 min, for approved applicants). Each one fills the form for you to change.

The Free plan includes one call type. Starter and above can make up to 20.

Sales calls are always free. Paid calls need Starter or above, Stripe connected, and a support email. Your store's discount codes and sales work on them too.

To stop a call, open it and click Archive this call. Its link stops working.

Set your hours and time off

Your hours are shared by every call type and coaching product, so nothing double books.

  • Where you meet: the default for every call.
  • Weekly hours: when people can book you, in your time zone.
  • Date changes: block a day off, or set different hours on one date.
  • Booking rules: Gap between calls, Minimum notice, Booking window, Most calls in a day, Start times, and Moving and canceling. A call type can set some of its own.

Click Time off, pick the First day off and Last day off, and click Take time off. No one can book any call on those days. Calls already booked then stay booked.

Your week shows your open hours, busy time from Google, and booked calls. Coming up lists every booked call, with Join when there's a meeting link.

What people see when they book

  1. They pick a day, then a time, or tap one of the Next open times. Times show in their own time zone.
  2. They add their name, email, and your questions. Add guests invites up to 3 more people. The box Send me emails from (your name) starts unticked. Ticked, they join your email contacts.
  3. Free call: they click Book this call. Paid call: they click Continue, and the time is held 10 minutes while they pay on the same page. Have a code? takes a discount code.
  4. The You're booked screen has Reschedule and Cancel call links. Google Calendar sends them and their guests an invite, and they get a reminder email a day before and an hour before.

If Confirm their email first is on, they see Check your email instead. The call is booked once they click the link.

A Built on Eden pill sits at the bottom of the booking and confirmation pages. It carries your referral code, so anyone who signs up from it counts toward your referral earnings. To hide it, go to your store page editor and turn off Built on Eden badge under Visibility. That hides it on your store page too.

Put your calls on your store

  • Turn on Show on your store and a Book a call card appears on your store page. You can also add it from Add block → Book a call in the page editor.
  • yourname.eden.so/call lists every call on your store. It only works while at least one is on.
  • A content link can open a call's booking page.
  • In Auto-DM, the link field has a Call tab.

Host a call with a teammate

Open the call, go to Hosts, and pick a teammate under Add a host. People only see times when you and every host are free, and every host gets the Google Calendar invite and the booking emails.

  • Hosts are workspace members with access to your store. You can add up to 4.
  • Each host sets up once: in your store, they open Calendar, fill in Your hours for (your store), and connect their own Google Calendar there. You never see their events, only when they're busy.
  • Until every host is set up, the link shows no times. The call's row says so.
  • The call goes on your Google Calendar. Hosts can't be picked in turns (round robin).

Open the call and set Who runs this call to your teammate. The link then books on their hours and their Google Calendar, and the booking page shows their name and photo. You're not on these calls, but they show in your Calendar, and payment still goes to your store.

Your teammate picks where these calls go under Add calls you run to, and how they meet under Where you meet, both in your store's Calendar → Your hours.

Sales calls for applicants

Set Who can book to Approved applicants. Then pick it as the Sales call on a coaching product that asks people to apply. When you click Invite to a call in Your store → Customers → Clients, that person gets a private link with their name and email filled in. The booked call shows on their application. See Sell coaching.
