Forms. Quizzes, applications, and simple forms, built into your store.

Ask the right questions. Sell the right thing.

  • Ask one question at a time, in your look
  • Build it with AI from your products and reviews
  • Send each result to a product, guide, or call
  • Qualify coaching leads with an application
  • Follow up with their answers in hand
  • See the sales each result brings in
01 · One question at a time

Calm, fast, and in your look.

  • One question per screen. Big type, big answer cards, and a thin progress bar. Nothing else to look at.

  • Your store's look. Studio, Paper, Poster, or any of the seven looks, in your color. Every form feels like the rest of your store.

  • Keys on a laptop, thumbs on a phone. Press A, B, or C to answer. On a phone, every answer fills the width of the screen.

  • Ten kinds of questions. Pick one, pick many, pictures, yes or no, a scale, short or long answers, and a line of text between questions. Use their name in any question.

02 · Build with AI

It reads your store. Then it writes the form.

  • Pick a goal. Help people pick the right product, qualify coaching leads, grow your list, or get feedback.

  • It reads what you sell. Your live products, prices, and what's included, your FAQs, and up to 10 real quotes from your reviews.

  • It writes all of it. Questions, results, scoring, and next steps, linked to your real products.

03 · Results

Every result ends in a next step.

  • The right offer for them. Send each result to a product, a bundle, a call, any link, or your whole store. Up to three buttons, with a discount code if you want.

  • Free guides in one click. A free product goes to the email they already gave. No second form.

  • A note written for them. The AI writes a few lines from their answers, in your voice. Your own text shows if it's slow.

  • Sales credited to the result. Every button carries the quiz and the result, so you see what each one sells.

04 · Applications and simple forms

Talk to the right people.

  • Answers add up to a score. Give points to the answers that mean a good fit.

  • Good fits book a call. Scores at or above your line go straight to your booking page, with their name and email filled in.

  • Everyone else still gets an offer. Send them to a cheaper product instead of a dead end.

  • Or read each one yourself. Turn on review by hand and they're told you'll be in touch.

05 · Answers follow them

What they told you, everywhere they go next.

  • In Customers. Every answer and result sits on the person, next to what they bought.

  • On your email list. People who say yes go to Kit, beehiiv, GoHighLevel, or Substack, and each result can tag them.

  • In your AI. When they buy your Custom AI, its first reply already knows their answers.

  • On the call. Your booking page fills in their name, email, and matching questions. Their answers come with the booking email.

06 · Where it shows up

Put it where people are deciding.

  • On your store page. As a card, or with the first question right on the page. Tap an answer and the form opens on question 2.

  • Under your buy button. “Not sure this is for you? Take the 1 minute quiz.” For people who aren't ready yet.

  • On its own link. yourname.eden.so/form, for your bio, your videos, and your ads.

  • In your DMs. An Instagram Auto-DM can send the form to anyone who comments a word.

07 · Numbers

See which answers turn into sales.

  • The whole funnel. Views, starts, finishes, emails, and sales, plus revenue for each person who finished.

  • Where people leave. A bar for each question, and a tip on the one that loses the most people.

  • Sales per result. How many people got each result, and what each one sold.

  • Every response. A table you can filter by result and export as a CSV.

Questions, answered

What sellers ask first.

What is a form on Eden?

A page in your store that asks one question at a time and ends in a next step: a product, a free guide, a call, or any link. It wears your store's look, and every answer is saved on the person, so you learn what your audience wants while they find what fits them. There are three kinds: quizzes, applications, and simple forms.

What's the difference between a quiz, an application, and a simple form?

A quiz picks a result from the answers, and the result points to the right offer. An application adds the answers up to a score. Good fits go to a call, everyone else to a cheaper product, or you review each one by hand. A simple form saves the answers and shows a thank-you screen, with an optional next step.

How does Build with AI work?

Pick what you're making and the goal. The AI reads your live products, their prices, what's included, your page headline and FAQs, and up to 10 real quotes from your testimonials and reviews. It works out who it's for, what they want, what hurts, the real reason they're stuck, and what they doubt. Then it writes the questions, results, scoring, and next steps, all linked to your real products. You can change everything.

Will the AI make things up?

No. It never invents numbers, testimonials, guarantees, or deadlines. It writes from what is already in your store.

Do people have to give their email?

You choose: required, optional with a Skip and see my result link, or off. A box asks if they want your emails. Only people who tick it are added to your list and your email tool.

Where do the emails go?

To your Customers tab, and to Kit, beehiiv, GoHighLevel, or Substack if you connected one. Each result can also add a tag, so people who got different results can get different emails.

What does the AI write on the result?

A short note for that one person, in your voice, from their own answers. It is on by default for quizzes. Starter includes 500 a month and Pro includes 5,000. If it takes more than a few seconds, or the month's notes are used up, people see the result text you wrote.

How do I know if it's working?

Each form has a Responses tab: views, starts, finishes, emails, sales, revenue, and revenue per person who finished. It shows where people leave, how many got each result, and what each result sold. Every response is in a table you can filter and export as CSV.

How is this different from Typeform or ScoreApp?

Typeform and ScoreApp are separate tools. You pay for them on top of your store and connect them to your checkout. Eden's forms live inside your store. Each result points to one of your products, a bundle, or a call, and the answers stay on the person in your Customers list. Typeform connects to more apps, and ScoreApp makes PDF reports, so pick them if you need those.

Which plans have forms?

Starter includes 3 forms, and quizzes, applications, and simple forms all count. Pro and Studio have no cap. The Free plan doesn't include forms. Sales from a form are normal store sales, paid to your own Stripe account.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Answer cards fill the width of the screen, buttons stay above the keyboard, and a refresh picks up on the same question. On a laptop, people can answer with their keyboard.
