Use the Eden app on Zapier

Connect your store and workspace to thousands of apps, and give buyers access when they pay on any checkout Zapier supports.

·3 min read

The Eden (Creator Platform) app on Zapier connects your store and workspace to thousands of apps. The most common Zap gives buyers access when they pay on your own checkout.

Search for Eden (Creator Platform) in Zapier, or open it from Eden: go to Your store → Integrations and click Open in Zapier on the Zapier tile.

Store steps need a Starter plan or higher. A free Zapier account works.

Give access when someone pays on your own checkout

  1. 01

    Start with your checkout

Set up the product with your own checkout. In Zapier, make a new Zap and pick your checkout's new-sale trigger. Step 3 on your Offer step names the right one, like Payment Sale Webhooks for PayPal.

  2. 02

    Add the Eden action

Add a step, search Eden (Creator Platform), and pick Give Access. Sign in to Eden and click Connect Eden.

  3. 03

Pick the product and map the email

Pick your product from the list. Map Buyer Email to the email from your checkout.

  4. 04

    Test and turn it on

Click Test step. The test gives that email real access. Then turn the Zap on.

Selling more than one product on the same checkout? Make one Zap per product, or add a Filter step before the Eden action.

What the app can do

Search Eden (Creator Platform) in any Zap. These are the steps it adds.

Your audienceNew Email Signup, Form Completed, New Review, New Testimonial

Sales, signups, forms, bookings, coaching applications, and affiliate sales are Instant: the Zap runs within about 15 seconds. The rest check every few minutes.

Actions (do something in Eden):

AreaActions
AccessGive Access, Add Customer, Remove Access, Resend Access Email, Move to Cohort
SalesRefund Sale, Cancel Membership, End Access, Create Discount Code
WorkspaceSave Link, Create Note, Schedule a Post, Ask a Custom AI

Searches: Find Customer (or Find or Add Customer) and Find Product.

Add Order ID to Give Access if your checkout has one. If Zapier sends the same payment twice, the buyer still gets access once.

Ideas to start with

  • Form Completed → your email tool: add people who finish a quiz to Kit or beehiiv, tagged by their result.
  • New Booking → Slack or Google Sheets: get a message for every call, with the booker's answers.
  • Lesson Completed → your email tool: turn on Only when they finish the whole course to tag people who finished.
  • New Testimonial → Slack: see every testimonial the moment it comes in.

What the sign-in can do

When Zapier asks, sign in to Eden and click Connect Eden. The connection can read and change your store and your workspace, the same as Eden's AI connectors. Zaps only do what their steps say.

To disconnect, remove the Eden connection in Zapier under Apps. Buyers who have access keep it.

If a Zap step fails

Zapier shows Eden's reason. The common ones:

  • That product isn't published. Publish it, then replay the Zap run.
  • That product isn't in this Eden store. Pick the product again in the Eden step.
  • No matching sale to refund. The Order ID or email doesn't match the original sale.
  • Needs a paid Eden plan (Starter or higher). Your store's plan is below Starter.

Every run also shows in Store → Integrations → Your checkout.

Using Make or another tool? Click Use a sale address instead under step 3. See Use your own checkout.
