Communities. Chat, a library, and events, sold from your store.

Your Community, Where You Already Sell.

  • Chat in channels that feels like Telegram
  • Keep the best posts in a Library
  • Put events on their calendar
  • Let members in on iPhone and Android
  • Charge monthly, once, or nothing at all
  • Sell it next to your courses and email
01 · Chat

Group Chat That Feels Like Telegram. Because They Already Live There.

  • Channels that show what's new. Each channel shows who spoke last and what they said. Hosts set the order, and each member pins their favorites to the top.

  • Voice notes, photos, and mentions. Hold the mic to send a voice note, send a few photos at once, or @mention someone to pull them in. Tap a name to see their profile.

  • Threads keep the room readable. Reply in a thread instead of the main chat. Every reply to you lands in one inbox.

  • Share your work, live. Drop an Eden board, table, or note into chat. Members open it or copy it to their own workspace.

02 · Library

The Best Posts Shouldn't Scroll Away.

  • A forum for what's worth keeping. Chat is for talking now. The Library holds the guides, breakdowns, and wins people come back to.

  • Categories you choose. Start with Guides, Breakdowns, Wins, and Resources, or make your own. Lock one so only hosts post there.

  • Members post too. Anyone can start a post, and the replies stay under it. Pinned posts sit on top, and each member pins the categories they read most.

  • Covers, video, and saved answers. Give a post a cover image and a video, uploaded or linked. Turn a great chat message into a post in one click.

03 · Events

Get On Their Calendar. Stay There.

  • One-off or repeating. Every week, every 2 weeks, or every month. Run it on Eden Live or your own call link.

  • Go to all. Members say yes to every session of a repeating event in one tap.

  • Sync to calendar. A private link for Apple, Google, or Outlook. New sessions show up on their own and stay up to date.

  • Reminders handled. The next event pins above the chat a week out. Members get reminders by email, and new events can post to the Library for you.

04 · On their phone

Your Community, In Their Pocket.

  • iPhone and Android. Members chat, read the Library, and see events in the Eden app. Free for them, on every plan for you.

  • Notifications they control. Mentions, replies, and announcements arrive as push, with a number on the app icon. Each member picks what pings them.

  • Drafts stay put. Leave a half-written message and it's still there when you come back. Drafts save for each channel.

  • The Eden app. Members use the Eden app, so your own name isn't on the icon. You set things up on the web, or from Claude.

Members get the Eden app on iPhone and Android.

05 · Showing up

A Community Only Works If People Come Back.

  • Red means it's for you. A red number when someone mentions you, replies, or a host posts. A gray one for everything else, so nothing shouts.

  • One inbox. Mentions, thread replies, new events, and new members land under the bell. One tap opens the exact message.

  • Sound and desktop alerts. A soft pop for new messages, and alerts on their computer if they turn them on. Hosts can @everyone when it really matters.

  • Every community in one place. In more than one? They line up down the left side, each with its own number. One click to switch.

06 · Joining

Easy To Join. Easy To Feel At Home.

  • Quick links. Make a link that lets people straight in, or one that also opens VIP. New people sign up with just their email.

  • Apply first. People fill in your application. You accept or decline, and Eden emails each accepted person a private link to join.

  • A welcome they see once. A pop-up with your video or photo, a short note, and up to 3 places to start. Send it as an email too.

  • Rooms for some people. Make a channel only VIP members, or buyers of a product, can see.

07 · Keep it safe

Keep It Clean Without Babysitting It.

  • Admins and moderators. Your store teammates are admins from day one. Make any member a moderator.

  • Reports in one place. Members report a message or post. Keep it, delete it, mute the person, or ban them.

  • New links wait. For their first 24 hours, links and photos from new free members wait for a moderator.

  • Slow mode and host-only channels. Make members wait 10 seconds to 15 minutes between messages, or let only hosts post.

08 · Sell it

Sell It Like Everything Else. Because It Is.

  • Free, once, or monthly. Your community is a product in your store. Buyers pay at Eden checkout, straight to your Stripe.

  • Included with your course. Add it to a course or coaching offer, and those buyers get in automatically.

  • Email that knows who's in. Send a broadcast to people in a community, or start a sequence when someone joins.

  • Courses next door. Add a Courses tab with the courses members get free or can buy. All in their purchases, one login.

09 · Run it from Claude

Ask Claude What You Missed. Then Have It Handle It.

  • Catch up in one question. Claude reads your channels and tells you what happened while you were away.

  • Find the unanswered. It lists the questions nobody replied to yet, so no member gets ignored.

  • Post, schedule, moderate. Write an announcement, set up an event, or clear the reports queue from the same chat.

  • Nothing goes out on its own. Anything members will see, Claude shows you first and waits for your yes.

10 · Next to the others

Skool, Circle, Or Discord? Here's The Honest Version.

Each one runs a community well. Eden also runs the store, courses, and email around it. Here's where each one lands.

On fees alone, Skool Pro is the cheapest at every size: its 2.9% already includes card fees, while Eden and Circle add Stripe's on top. Circle (2% on $89 a month) also keeps more of a big community's sales than Eden Starter (5%). Discord is free and huge, with discovery Eden doesn't have. Eden's price also covers your store, courses, coaching, email, scheduling, and research. Prices checked October 9, 2026. See Eden vs Skool, Eden vs Circle, and Eden vs Discord.

11 · What it costs

Every Plan That Sells Comes With A Community.

No member caps on any plan, and the price doesn't climb as the group grows. You pay the plan and a small cut of each sale, plus Stripe's processing fee.

Questions, answered

What Hosts Ask First.

What is a community on Eden?

A product in your store. Members get a group chat with channels, a Library (a forum for guides and posts worth keeping), and events with calendar sync. It opens from their purchases on the web and in the Eden app on iPhone and Android.

Can I charge for my community?

Yes. Make it free, charge once, or charge monthly. Buyers pay through Eden checkout and the money goes to your Stripe. You can also include it with another product, like a course, so buyers get in automatically.

How much does Eden take?

5% of each sale on Starter ($29 a month) and Pro ($79 a month), and 2% on Max ($199 a month), plus Stripe's processing fee. Starter runs 1 community, Pro 3, and Max as many as you want. The free plan can't sell.

Is there a member limit?

No. There's no cap on members on any plan, and your price doesn't go up as the group grows.

Can members use it on their phone?

Yes. Members chat, read the Library, and see events in the Eden app on iPhone and Android, with push notifications and a badge on the app icon. It's the Eden app, and there's no app with your own name on it. You set the community up on the web.

How do members know something new happened?

A red number shows when something needs them: a mention, a reply, a host post, or a new event. Plain new messages get a gray number, so nothing shouts. They also get a message sound, push on their phone, and desktop alerts in the Eden desktop app if they turn them on. Hosts can @everyone when it really matters.

Can I make people apply before they join?

Yes. Turn on People apply first and pick an application form. You accept or decline each one, and Eden emails accepted people a private link to join.

How do I keep it from getting messy?

Add admins and moderators. Members can report a message or post, and moderators keep it, delete it, mute the person, or ban them. Links and photos from new free members wait for a moderator for their first 24 hours, and slow mode makes members wait between messages.

Can I email my members?

Yes. Filter any broadcast to people who are in a community, or start a sequence when someone joins one. Members also get announcements, event reminders, and a weekly digest, and each person can turn those off.

Can members message each other privately?

No. Members talk in channels, threads, and the Library, and there are no private DMs between members. Skool, Circle, and Mighty Networks have member DMs, so pick one of them if private messages matter most.

Can I run it from Claude?

Yes. Connect the Eden MCP and ask Claude what you missed, which questions are still open, or to post an announcement or set up an event. Anything members see, Claude shows you first and waits for your yes.

How is it different from Skool, Circle, or Discord?

Each of them runs a community well. Eden also runs the business around it: your store, courses, coaching, email, scheduling, and research. On fees alone, Skool Pro is cheapest at every size, since its 2.9% already includes card fees, and Circle (2%) also keeps more of a big community's sales than Eden Starter (5%). Discord is free and huge, but it has no store, courses, or email.
