Email marketing. Broadcasts and sequences, built into your store.

Email the people who already buy from you.

  • Grow your list from every sale and signup
  • Send a broadcast to exactly who you pick
  • Run sequences that sell on their own
  • Win back checkouts people didn't finish
  • Write a whole sequence with AI
  • See what every email earned
01 · Your list builds itself

Everyone who buys or signs up is already on it.

  • No forms to wire up. Buyers, free claims, page signups, and form answers land on your list as they happen.

  • Even people who didn't finish. Anyone who starts checking out joins too, so you can follow up.

  • Bring the list you have. Import people in Customers. Eden checks each address and skips ones that would bounce.

  • Tag anyone. Tag people by hand, by form result, or when they click a button in an email.

02 · Broadcasts

One email, to exactly the right people.

  • Write it like a note. Add their first name, buttons to your products, and a discount code on any link.

  • Pick who gets it. Bought, didn't buy, signed up on your page, has a tag, opened or clicked. Stack filters and see the count.

  • Now or later. Send it now or pick a time. Send yourself a test first.

  • Quiet people skipped. People who haven't opened in 6 months are left out unless you add them, which keeps you out of spam.

03 · Sequences

A few emails after they buy. Sent for you.

  • Start on what they did. When someone buys or claims a product, signs up, leaves checkout, gets a tag, or a membership ends.

  • Stop when they buy. Pick what the sequence sells. Anyone who buys it leaves, so they stop getting pitched.

  • Skip people it doesn't fit. Skip an email for people who already own something, have a tag, or clicked earlier.

04 · Checkout recovery

Bring back the people who almost bought.

  • It starts on its own. When someone starts checking out and doesn't buy, they get a short, personal email an hour later.

  • A second nudge the next day. Then it stops. Anyone who buys leaves the sequence right away.

  • Count what came back. See how many people bought and what they paid.

05 · Nothing to set up

No sending domain. No templates to design.

  • Two looks. Letter reads like a personal note. Branded adds your store icon and color.

  • The rules are handled. Every email gets an unsubscribe link and your mailing address. Unsubscribed people never get another one.

  • A careful first send. Your first big send goes out in steps, and Eden pauses sending if too many bounce.

  • Ready in a few minutes. Add a From name, where replies go, and a mailing address. Send yourself a test.

06 · Results

See what every email earned.

  • Money, not just opens. Each broadcast and sequence shows the sales from people who bought after clicking.

  • Down to each email. Every email in a sequence has its own sent, opened, clicked, and earned.

  • The whole picture. Your contacts, what emails earned in the last 30 days, and how many people are in sequences now.

07 · Pricing

In your plan. Pay more only as your list grows.

No charge per email: every contact on your plan comes with 20 sends a month. Unsubscribed and bounced people don't count toward your list.

What sellers ask first.

What is Email marketing on Eden?

Sales emails to your buyers and signups, sent from your store. Send a broadcast to people you pick, or turn on a sequence that sends a few emails on its own after someone buys, signs up, or leaves checkout. Because it lives in your store, it knows what each person bought.

Who is on my list?

People who buy or claim a free product, sign up on your page, tick the email box on a form, or start checking out without buying. You can also import people, or add them through Zapier or Eden chat. Only import people who bought from you or agreed to hear from you.

What starts a sequence?

Someone buys or claims a product, signs up on your page, starts checking out but doesn't buy, a membership ends, or someone gets a tag. Pick what the sequence sells, and anyone who buys it leaves the sequence, so they stop getting pitched. Imported people get broadcasts but don't start sequences.

Can AI write my emails?

Yes. Pick what a sequence sells, then click Write with AI. It drafts every email from your product page, what's included, your reviews, and your voice, for 10 credits. You review and edit before anything is saved.

Do I need to set up a sending domain?

No. Emails come from your store on Eden's sending address, so there's nothing to set up or warm up. Add a From name, where replies go, and a mailing address, then send yourself a test.

How does Eden keep my emails out of spam?

Every email gets an unsubscribe link and your mailing address. Uploaded addresses are checked, and ones that would bounce are skipped. Broadcasts skip people who haven't opened or clicked in 6 months unless you include them. Your first big send goes out in steps, and if too many emails bounce or get marked as spam, Eden pauses sending and tells you why.

How much does it cost?

Starter ($29 a month) includes broadcasts with 250 contacts and 5,000 sends a month. Pro and Studio add sequences and checkout recovery. For a bigger list, pick a list size: from $15 a month for 1,000 contacts up to 500,000. It moves up on its own as your list grows, up to the spending limit you set. Unsubscribed and bounced people don't count.

Can I keep using Kit, beehiiv, GoHighLevel, or Substack?

Yes. Connect them in Your store → Integrations and new buyers and signups land there too. Many creators keep their newsletter where it is and use Eden for the sales emails that depend on what people bought.

Is it a newsletter platform?

No. It's built for selling to the people on your store's list. It has no public archive of past posts, no paid subscriptions, and no ad network. If those matter, keep your newsletter tool and connect it.

How do I know what an email earned?

Every broadcast and sequence shows how many people it went to, the share that opened and clicked, and what it earned: sales from people who bought after clicking a link in that email. Each email in a sequence has its own numbers too.
