AI follow-ups in Instagram DMs
When someone replies to your Auto-DM, AI can now keep the conversation going. Under any automation, click **Let AI take over**, then describe what should happen or pick a template. It asks your questions, saves emails to your Eden email list with tags, and sends the links you picked. Add a split to send people different ways: by what they said, an answer they gave, or what Eden knows, like whether they already bought. Try it in the test chat first. Anyone who needs you lands in **Auto-DM → Conversations**. Each AI reply costs 1 credit. Needs Pro or Max.

Member sign-in
Buyers sign in to your courses and communities with an email link or code, no password, on a page in your store's look. Each product has a member sign-in link that lands buyers right inside it, and buyers who don't make things in Eden get a simple member app with only what they bought.

Ghost publishing
Articles can be published to your Ghost site from Eden, on a schedule or right away, and sent as an email, posted to the site, or both. Each post picks the newsletter, who gets the email, who can read it, and tags, and can save to Ghost as a draft instead. Eden's chat and Eden MCP can schedule Ghost articles too. Channel info and descriptions
Community channels can have a short description. Clicking a channel's name at the top of the chat shows its info: the description and a searchable list of everyone in the channel, on the web, iPhone, and Android. Channels limited to certain buyers or tags list only those people.

Customer receipts
Paid purchases have a receipt you can email to the buyer or get as a PDF, from their customer page on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. It shows your store, the buyer, each line of the payment, and the total in the currency they paid. Later payments on memberships and payment plans get their own receipts.

First month price
Memberships can charge less for the first month, like $5 to start, then the full price every month after. Yearly memberships get a first year price instead. Buyers see both prices before they join, and a discount code or sale is used only when it is cheaper.

Formatting in community chat
Community chat messages show bold, italic, strikethrough, inline code, and code blocks, typed as markdown, on the web, iPhone, and Android. On the web, keyboard shortcuts add bold, italic, and strikethrough to the selected words. Reply quotes keep the formatting.

Scheduled community messages
Scheduled messages post in a community channel on their own, as the community, once or on repeat. They suit daily check-ins: each one picks a channel, time, time zone, repeat days, and an optional end date, and can number the days. Notify everyone in the channel is on by default. Owners and admins can also type `/schedule` in a channel's chat box to schedule what they typed, with one-tap times like Tomorrow 9 AM. A community can have up to 20, and the Eden MCP can set them up too.

Warnings before your email limits, and auto move up
Eden emails you at 80%, 90%, and 95% of your contacts and of the month's sends, and a banner on the Email tab shows it on the web and phones. Starter and Pro can also turn on "Move me up a plan when my list is full", which is off by default and moves you up one plan when your list fills so sending never pauses.

A new look for courses and purchases
Courses, downloads, and Custom AIs you buy open in a cleaner view built for learning. A rail on the left switches between Lessons, Files, Chats, and Notes, and lists your other courses and communities. Courses show your progress and a Continue button. Lessons open in an easier-to-read page, the chat can sit beside them, and the ⋯ menu sets the reading font and text size.

Read, unread, and chat shortcuts
Community chat on the web can mark a channel or direct message read, mark every channel or every direct message read at once, and mark a channel unread from any message. An Unread filter hides channels you've read. Alt with the arrow keys switches channels, the Up arrow edits your last message, double-click hearts a message, and photos can be copied or saved.

Workspace and profile pictures
A workspace that is just you shows your profile picture until it has its own. The workspace menu has a row to add or change the workspace picture, on the web and in the iPhone and Android apps, and the phone apps can change your profile picture from Settings. Your communities and the products you bought sit under Your access in the web sidebar, with unread counts, a Live tag, and course progress. Rows can be dragged, hidden, or opened in a new tab. Reader scroll handle and video keys
Long documents in Reader show a round handle on the right edge when you scroll fast or point there, and dragging it jumps through the page with the section name and percent. Video transcripts take YouTube's own keys, like K, J, L, M, F, and 0 to 9, plus Shift H to highlight the passage that just ended and A for auto-scroll.

Fork a chat
Any chat can be copied into a new one, whole or up to a reply, so you can try a different direction and keep the original. Fork from here sits under each reply. A ⋯ menu at the top of a chat holds Fork, Rename, Pin to top, Routines, Delete chat, and the other chat actions.

Refresh brings new search results

A/B subject lines
Broadcasts can test two subject lines. A small group gets each subject first, and after a wait of 1 to 24 hours the one with more opens or clicks goes to everyone else. Lists under 1,000 people get half on each subject with no wait. Results show both subjects side by side and say when the gap is too close to call.

Paid products can ask buyers to tick an "I agree" box above Pay, with links to your own Terms and Privacy Policy. Pay stays off until they tick it, the sentence can be your own words, and each order saves when they agreed and the exact text they saw.

Community auto messages
Auto messages send a member a private message when they join a community or get a tag, right away or after a wait of up to 7 days. They come from the community itself, with its name and icon, or from a host, and can go only to or skip people with certain tags. Each community can have up to 10, also through Eden MCP.

Replies to messages sent as the community land in a shared Inbox under Messages that every host can answer, on the web, iPhone, and Android. Threads waiting on an answer sit at the top, members see a Team badge on host replies, and owners and admins choose which hosts get a push. Coupons
Coupons is a store page for discount codes that work across products. One code can cover all your paid products or the ones you pick, with an optional limit on uses and an end date. Each coupon shows its discount, products, and uses, and can be turned off, edited, or deleted everywhere at once.

Customer actions on your phone
A customer's page in the iOS and Android apps can refund a purchase or one later payment, turn access off or back on, end a payment plan while they keep the product, and move a purchase to another email. It also holds private notes and follow-ups, email list tags, and their form and quiz answers.

Email automations
Email automations are flows that decide what happens after someone buys, signs up, or gets a tag. A flow can send sequences, wait, add or remove tags, give product access, split people by tags, purchases, or opens, and unsubscribe them. Join questions
Join questions are pick-only questions new community members answer right after the rules, on the web, iPhone, and Android. Each answer can give a tag that opens channels, and required questions hold posting until they're answered. A community can have up to 5 questions with up to 8 choices each, ask members who are already in, and set them through Eden MCP.

Last opened and list cleaning
The subscriber list shows when each person last opened one of your emails. A filter finds people with no opens in 3, 6, or 12 months, so you can unsubscribe them in one go or tag them. New joiners and recent imports never count as quiet. Broadcast filters for opens, clicks, and join date gain a 12 month window.

Never send to
Sequences can leave out people with certain tags, or people in other sequences or automations right now. Someone who matches later stops before their next email. Broadcasts can also filter by who is or isn't in a sequence or automation, right now or ever, so a broadcast can skip people in the middle of a launch.

The Store in the iOS and Android apps has a Products tab. Each product shows its last 30 days, and its name, description, price, and waitlist switch can be changed there, or it can be put live or turned off. Discount codes and sales work there too. The Overview tab now leads with one earnings number for the range you pick, then top products, recent sales, and members.

Channel links and named links
Community chat messages can link to a channel or Forum category as a #Name link that opens it, and put a link on your own words, including by pasting a link over selected text. Every reaction shows who reacted, and very long messages fold behind Show more. It works on the web, iPhone, and Android.

Simpler own domain setup
Sending store emails from your own domain now starts with the domain, then your main domain or a subdomain, and the address comes last. Eden shows where your DNS is managed with a link to it, counts the records it found, and adds optional bounce records. Broadcasts to lists over 50,000 contacts send only from your own domain. Tables can filter by any column, including relative dates, and save a filter as a named view tab. Date cells can repeat daily, weekly, monthly, or on a custom schedule, so checking a row off moves it to the next date. Cells can be selected in blocks and copied into a spreadsheet.

Save or discard edits to scheduled posts
Edits to a queued post stay as a draft until you choose Update, which keeps the post's time slot. Discard changes puts it back the way it was.
