Build a form

There are three kinds. A Quiz sends people to a result. An Application scores people so you know who fits (more here). A Form just collects answers (more here). See examples of all three on the Forms feature page.

Needs Starter (3 forms) or Pro and Studio (no cap). Quizzes, applications, and forms all count.

   Pick what it is and the goal

   Pick Quiz, Application, or Form, then a goal like Help people pick the right product or Grow my email list. Or click Something else and type your own.

2. 02

   Tell it anything it should know

   Who it's for, the tone, products to leave out. This is optional.

3. 03

   Click Build it

   It reads your live products, FAQs, and reviews, works out what your buyers want and what stops them, then writes it. It opens in the editor.

The AI saves what it learned under Settings → Who it's for: who takes it, what they want, what hurts, the real reason they're stuck, and their doubts. Edit these and the AI menu uses them for Write 3 more questions and Rewrite in my voice.

No AI? Click New → Start from a template: Product finder, Scorecard, or Lead magnet picker. Or pick a kind under Start blank.

Edit it

• Left: the welcome screen, questions, Email ask, results, and Settings. Drag questions to reorder them. When space is tight (say, the chat is open), it becomes a row of chips up top.
• Middle: the screen you picked, in your store's look. Click any words to change them. In an answer, Enter adds the next one and Backspace on an empty one removes it.
• Click Try it to click through it like a visitor. Switch between desktop and phone.
• Click Logic and scoring for the rest: question type, jumps, points, tags, pictures, and next steps.
• A number on Publish means something needs a look, like a result nobody can reach. Click the number to see the list.

Edits stay put until you click Save or press ⌘ S.

Quiz results and next steps

Under Settings → How results are picked, choose Match answers to results (most points wins) or Add up a score (the total lands in a score range).

Each result gets up to three buttons. The first is the big one. A button can go to A product (with an optional discount code), A bundle, A call, A link, or My whole store. A free product is claimed right there with the email they gave.

Personal result note is on by default. The AI writes a short note for each person from their answers. If it's slow or you hit your monthly cap, your own result text shows.

Closed forms count toward the 3. Deleted ones don't.

Publish and share

Click Publish. Your link looks like yourname.eden.so/form/find-your-fit. Click it under the name to change the ending. After that, use Publish changes to update a live form. Old answers never change.

Where people find it:

• Your page: Add block → Form. Show it as a Card, with the First question right on the page, or Like a product so it sits in your product list.
• Product pages: on the product's Page step, pick a Form under the buy button. Or ask Eden: "Put my quiz under the buy button on my course." The form has to be live first.
• Auto-DM: click Form in the link field to DM it when someone comments.
• Anywhere: your bio, a video, an ad. People can share their quiz result too.

To stop it, open the ⋮ menu and click Close it. Visitors see that it isn't available. Click Reopen to bring it back.
