Collect answers with a form
Ask clients, buyers, or your audience a few questions one at a time, in your store's look. Answers save to your store and export as CSV.
In Your store, open Forms, click New, and pick Form under Start blank. Add your questions, click Publish, and share the link. Each answer shows up on the form's Responses tab.
Needs Starter (3 forms) or Pro and Studio (no cap). Quizzes and applications count toward the 3 too.
Start from a template
Click New → Start from a template:
- Client onboarding form: what you need from a new client before you start.
- Feedback survey: what buyers liked, and your next testimonial.
Or click New → Build with AI, pick Form, and choose Get feedback. Or click Something else and type your own goal.
Add questions
Click Add question and pick a type:

Turn Required off to let people skip a question. Write {name} in a question to use the name
they gave.
Know who answered
Forms don't ask for an email by default. Click Email ask and set Ask for an email to Required or Optional.
The thank-you screen
Click Thank-you screen to change what people see at the end. Add a Next step (optional) button, like a link to book a call or your store.
Share it
Click Publish. Your link looks like yourname.eden.so/form/client-onboarding. Add it to your
page with Add block → Form, or send it to clients by email.
See the answers
Open the form and click Responses. Click a row to read every answer. Click Export CSV to download them all.

Make a quiz, application, or form that asks one question at a time, then send each person to the product, call, or free download that fits them. Build it with AI or from a template.
Turn form answers into sales
Answers from your quizzes, applications, and forms follow each person into your list, your Custom AI, and your booking page. See which form and result made each sale.
Add, import, and export store customers
Give one person or a whole list access to your products, move a purchase to another email, see your newsletter signups, and export either as a CSV.
