Collect testimonials

Share your testimonial link

   Copy the link

   In Testimonials, click Copy on Your testimonial link. It looks like yourname.eden.so/love.

2. 02

   Send it

   Anyone can use it. No account needed. They write a few words, and can add stars, a photo, and their role.

3. 03

   Approve it

   New ones wait in Pending. Click Approve, or Hide to keep one off your pages.

• Buyers who sign in first get a Verified buyer badge.
• Click Change to edit the question at the top of the form.
• The switch next to the link turns it off.

Add one from a post or screenshot

Click Add testimonial and pick a way in:

Option	What happens
Paste a link	Paste an X, LinkedIn, Substack, or Threads post. Eden fills in the name and words.
Screenshot	Drop a screenshot of a DM, email, or comment. Eden reads the name and words.
Type it in	Write it yourself.

Check every field before you click Save testimonial. Ones you add are published right away. Leave Show it on my page too on to add it to your page in the same step.

Show testimonials on your page

   Pick them

   In Testimonials, open Published and click Add to page on the ones you want. Buyer reviews work too.

2. 02

   Add the block

   Go to Storefront, edit your page, click Add block, and pick Testimonials.

3. 03

   Choose the look

   Pick Grid, Row, or Big quotes, and how many to show. Click Save.

The block can also show stars and a Leave a testimonial link to your form.

See what people love most

What people love sits at the top of Testimonials. Click Sum it up and Eden reads every published testimonial and review. It lists the few things people say most, with real quotes for each.

• Click Tag these on a theme to tag every quote that says it.
• Click Refresh after new ones come in. The card tells you how many are new since the last summary.
• It needs at least 3 published testimonials with words.

Find a testimonial fast

• Search: type in the box above the inbox. It matches names, words, and tags.
• Tags: click Tag on any card to add one, like results or beginner. Click the x to remove it. Only you see tags.
• Filter: pick a tag from the All tags menu in the search bar to see only those.

Put one next to the buy button

   Open the product

   In Your store, open the product and go to the Page step.

   Pick the quote

   Open the Offer card row. Under Quote by the buy button, click Pick a testimonial, choose one, and click Use this one.

   Save

   Click Save changes. The quote shows right under the buy button.

• You can pick any published testimonial or buyer review that has words.
• If you hide the one you picked, it stops showing. Pick another or click Remove.

Turn one into an image

In Testimonials, open Published and click Make image on a testimonial.

Color	Pick a swatch or any color

You can also turn Show stars and your store link on or off. Then:

• Click Download to save the image and post it anywhere, like a story.
• Click Send to scheduler to save it as a draft, with the quote as the caption.

Long quotes read best as a Story.

Testimonials vs. buyer reviews

• Buyer reviews come from people who bought a product. Their stars count toward that product's rating.
• Testimonials can come from anyone. They never change a product's star rating.
• Both show up in the same inbox, with the same Approve and Hide buttons.
