Find your way around your store

Switch between your workspace and your store

The top right of the sidebar has two small icons:

• Workspace (a grid) takes you back to the page you left.
• Store (a shop) opens your store.

The same switch sits at the top of both sidebars, so you can hop back and forth from anywhere.

Some pages share one row. Open the row, then use the tabs at the top of the page:

• Products: your products, plus Promotions for timed sales.
• Customers: everyone who bought, plus Clients if you coach.
• Inbox: Testimonials and buyer Questions waiting for you.
• Calendar: your calls, plus Live for live sessions if you have it.
• Social: Auto-DM and Links, the tools that turn your posts into sales.

If something needs you, like a new testimonial to review, the row shows a count. Clicking it opens the page that needs you.

Create something from any page

Click New at the top of the sidebar and pick one:

• Product: a Custom AI, Course, Digital download, Cohort, or Coaching. It opens in the editor right away.
• Bundle: needs two paid products that are live.
• Add a customer or Import customers: opens on Customers.

On a phone, tap + at the top of the page.

Ask Eden while you work

Click Chat under New. Ask Eden opens beside your store, so you can keep working while you chat. On a phone, tap the chat icon at the top.

• It knows which page you're on, so you can say "make this shorter" or "what's wrong here?"
• It can change your store for you, like editing a product or planning a sale. The page updates on its own, and anything you were typing stays.
• Chats save to the workspace, so they also show in your main chat history.
• It uses your AI credits, like any Eden chat.

Close or open the sidebar

• On the web: click the close button at the bottom of the sidebar, or press ⌘ / (Ctrl / on Windows). To bring it back, click the open button at the top left of the page.
• In the Mac app: click the sidebar button next to the window buttons at the top left.

Switch stores or open settings

Each workspace has its own store. Click your name at the very bottom of the sidebar. It's the same menu as in your workspace.

• Pick a workspace to open its store. See Run a separate store in each workspace.
• Settings opens on top of your store, so you don't leave it.
• Links and Auto-DM (under Social) use the workspace shown here.

On a phone

The store has its own bar at the top. Tap the back arrow at the top left to go back to your workspace. Swipe the row of pages to move between them.
