Run a separate store in each workspace

Every workspace can have its own store, with its own link, Stripe payouts, products, and customers.

·2 min read

Each workspace has its own store. Open the workspace, click the Store icon at the top of the sidebar, and you're in that workspace's store. To start one, claim a handle under Storefront.

Start a store for a workspace

  1. 01

    Open the workspace

Switch to the workspace, then click the Store icon at the top of the sidebar.

  2. 02

    Claim a handle

Go to Storefront and click Claim handle. That's the store's link.

  3. 03

    Connect Stripe

Each store gets paid into its own Stripe account. Whoever connects it owns the payouts.

Only a workspace owner can start its store. A new store starts empty: no products, customers, or emails carry over from your other stores.

Switch between stores

The store follows your workspace. Click your name at the very bottom of the store sidebar and pick a workspace. Its store opens.

If you're in a teammate's store, a note at the top says what you can do there. If the workspace has no store yet, the note says how to start one.

Who can do what

  • Workspace owners run the store.
  • Members get the level set in Settings → Members: no access, view, edit, or admin.
  • Payouts and the store link stay with the person who started the store.

Stores everywhere else

  • Eden chat works on the store of the workspace the chat is in.
  • The iPhone and Android apps show the open workspace's store.
  • MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor): store tools take a workspace. Without one, they use your main store.
  • Zapier: pick Which store? when you connect.
  • Emails about a store link to that store. If you own more than one, the Monday email names it.

Your first store

Your store from before stays exactly as it was: same link, payouts, buyers, and products. It belongs to the workspace that holds most of its live products.

Referral earnings belong to you, not to a store.

If something's not working

  • "You don't have access to this workspace's store." Ask a workspace owner to set your store level in Settings → Members.
  • Can't delete a workspace. Its store has live products. Unpublish them first.
