See which sites send visits and sales, where people drop off on each product, and what to try next, on your store and in a Monday email.

Open Your store and stay on Overview. Scroll past the chart to What to try next, Where sales come from, and Where people drop off. They cover the last 30 days.

Read "Where sales come from"

Each row is one source, like YouTube, X, Instagram DM, or your newsletter.

ColumnWhat it counts
VisitsPeople who opened a product page. One per browser, product, day.
Buy clicksPeople who started checkout or claimed a free product.
SalesNew buyers. Refunds, add-ons, and renewals are left out.
ConvertsSales divided by visits.
MoneyWhat those buyers paid, add-ons included.

Eden works out the source from the link's UTM tags first, then the site the visitor came from. A visit with neither shows as Direct or unknown.

Read "Where people drop off"

Each product shows visits, then Buy clicks, then sales. Eden judges it on how many visits turn into sales:

ProductWeakExcellentJudged after
Paidunder 1.5%4% and up200 visits
Freeunder 10%30% and up50 visits

Then it labels where the product loses people:

  • Needs more visits: too few visits to judge yet. Get more eyes on it first.
  • Visitors aren't buying: weak conversion and few Buy clicks. The page isn't convincing people.
  • Few finish checkout: weak conversion, but plenty click Buy. The price or checkout is the snag.
  • Working or Converting really well: the page does its job. More visits means more sales.

Use "What to try next"

Eden shows up to three tips from your numbers, most useful first. Each one says what to try, and most have a button that takes you there, like Make an Auto-DM, Edit the page, or Add a discount code.

Get it by email every Monday

Eden emails you a short report every Monday morning, in your time zone: last week's visits, Buy clicks, and sales, where most of them came from, and one thing to try. It only comes in weeks your store had visits or sales.

To turn it off, open Your store → Storefront and switch off Weekly store email. The link at the bottom of the email goes there too.

Get more accurate sources

  • Add UTM tags to links you share, like ?utm_source=youtube. Tags beat guessing from the site.
  • Link to a store product from an Auto-DM. Those sales show as Instagram DM.
  • Share your store page freely. Tags and ?code= discounts carry through to the product a visitor opens.
