Answer your students' questions
Answer lesson questions the course AI couldn't, once, for every buyer.
Go to Your store → Inbox → Course questions. Answer a question once and it shows on that lesson for every buyer. The course AI uses your answer from then on.
Answer a question
- Open Your store → Inbox → Course questions. The badge shows how many need you.
- On the Waiting tab, questions asked by the most people are on top.
- Click Answer. Write it yourself or click Draft with AI to start from your lesson.
- Click Post answer. Everyone who asked gets an email.
Each question says why it reached you: the course didn't cover it, or the buyer asked for you.
Keep the list clean
| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| Merge | Folds a repeat into another question. Its askers move over. |
| Skip | Removes it from the list. The buyer is not told. |
| Hide | Takes an answered question off the lesson. |
| Bring back | Returns a skipped question from the Skipped tab. |
Turn questions off for a course
- Open the course and go to its Lessons step.
- Under Lesson questions, switch off Buyers can ask questions.
The ask box leaves every lesson, on the web and in the phone apps. Past questions are kept, just hidden. You can also switch each course off at the bottom of Course questions, under Questions on each product.
