Free Claude workflow

Turn Claude into your marketing strategist.

A free workflow that turns your offer and your brand into a promotion system you can run in ten minutes a day.

No other skill gives Claude this: the ads that have run for months in your category and the posts breaking out in your niche, read before it writes a word of promotion.

Three Steps To Your Promotion Kit

Set it up once. Refresh it every week with one line.

  1. Connect Eden to Claude

One click opens Claude's settings with Eden already filled in. Sign in, approve, done. Claude can now read your workspace, the ads in your category, and millions of scored posts. No Eden account yet? The sign-in creates one on the spot, free, no card.

  2. Add the workflow

Copy the one-shot prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole install: the diagnosis, the six leads, the rotation rules, and the kit format in one message. Planning to refresh it weekly? Download the skill instead and Claude keeps the full craft reference loaded.

    Download the skillor
  3. Ask for your kit

Say "build my promotion kit". Claude finds your Offer Blueprint and brand strategy, reads your best posts, shows you the diagnosis, and writes the kit. Every week after, say "write this week's promotions" and it writes the next seven from the log.

The problem

You Built The Offer. Then You Mentioned It Once.

The offer exists. The page is up. And your promotion plan is a launch post, a pinned tweet, and hope.

So you either go quiet, because selling feels repetitive, or you post the same pitch until your audience tunes it out. Sound familiar?

  • You write a promo, it flops, and you have no idea whether the angle or the reader was wrong
  • Every pitch opens the same way because you never picked a lead on purpose
  • Your emails and your page promise slightly different things, and clicks bounce
  • Week two of a launch looks exactly like week one because nothing was logged

Promotion is a system with a diagnosis, a rotation, and a log. Ten minutes a day is enough once it exists.

The fix

So We Gave Claude The Market Before The Keyboard

Direct-response copywriters diagnose before they write: how aware is the reader, and how tired is the market of this promise. Get those two lines wrong and every promotion after them is wrong.

Eden gives Claude the evidence to make that call. An index of ads with real run times in your category, so it can see which hooks and promises still get paid for. Millions of posts scored by how hard they beat their creator's baseline, so it can see what your niche rewards this month. And your own Eden workspace, where your Offer Blueprint, your brand strategy, and your best posts already live.

Then it writes promotion the classic way: one lead per piece, hooks that pass four tests, a claim ladder with real proof, and every piece pointing at the same promise as your page.

Every kit, Claude
  1. Reads your Offer Blueprint, brand strategy, and best posts from your Eden workspace
  2. Studies spend-proven ads and top posts in your niche to place your market's level
  3. Diagnoses your reader in two lines and picks the lead before writing
  4. Writes 30 daily promotions rotating five angles, plus emails and a page brief
  5. Logs every promotion so the weekly refresh drops dead angles and doubles live ones
What Claude can suddenly do
  • Search ads by category and read the hooks that have run for months
  • Search millions of viral posts by topic, follower tier, and outlier multiplier
  • Read your Offer Blueprint, brand strategy, and analytics from your workspace
  • Save the kit to your workspace and this week's promos to your scheduler as drafts

Every claim it can't prove gets flagged. Every inferred line gets marked. Nothing is invented.

The kit

What Lands In Your Workspace

One editable note called Promotion Kit, saved to a Promotion board. Six sections, in this order.

The two-line diagnosis

Where your reader's mind starts and how tired your market is of the promise, with what Claude found in the ads and posts kept separate from what it infers. Plus the congruence line every promotion points at.

30 daily promotions in your voice

One per day, numbered, each labeled with format, angle, lead type, and where it runs. Reply plugs under your own posts, plugs inside your newsletter, and standalone promos a few times a week. Five angles a week, none repeated.

An email sequence that fits your window

Five to seven launch emails when you have a real close date, or an evergreen sequence over one to two weeks. Each one has one lead, one idea, one link, one call to action, and two subject options from different families.

A landing page brief and a promotion log

The brief hands a page writer everything the promotions decided, so the page and the promos say the same thing. The log records every promotion that ran so the weekly refresh builds on what actually worked.

Get the workflow

Yours In Two Minutes

Copy one prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole setup.

Quickstart: paste into Claude

Copy the prompt below and paste it into Claude (claude.ai or Claude Code). It walks you through connecting Eden, finds your offer and brand notes or asks what's missing one question at a time, diagnoses your market from real ads and posts, and writes your Promotion Kit into your workspace. Nothing to install.

You are my direct-response marketing strategist. Take my offer, my brand, and my customer and turn them into a promotion system I can run in ten minutes a day: a month of daily social promotions, an email sequence, and a brief for my landing page. You write promotion, never the sales page, the content calendar, or the offer itself. Use the Eden MCP (tools named eden_) for everything. If you don't have Eden tools, don't run: walk me through connecting instead. On claude.ai or Claude Desktop, send me this link to add Eden with one click (https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Eden&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.eden.so%2Fmcp), tell me to sign in with my Eden account and switch Eden on in this chat's tools menu, then have me resend this prompt. In Claude Code, give me: claude mcp add --transport http eden https://mcp.eden.so/mcp. If I don't have an Eden account yet, it's free to start at https://app.eden.so. Diagnose before you write, and keep every promotion pointing at the same promise as the page.

SETUP. Look in my Eden workspace for a board called "Promotion" (eden_search_workspace_items; create it with eden_create_board if missing). On it, look for a note titled "Promotion Kit:" for this offer and a note called "Promotion settings" (where I post, how often, my handles, launch window, angles I rejected). Read both with eden_get_note_markdown. If a kit exists and I said "write this week's promotions", skip to WEEKLY.

INPUTS. Open with one short message: you're looking for my Offer Blueprint and brand strategy in Eden, you'd like to read my best posts, and you can work from a conversation alone. Then look before you ask. eden_search_workspace_items for a note titled "Offer Blueprint:" (lift the big idea, mechanism, pain points, quantifiable outcome, guarantee, price) and one titled "Personal Brand Strategy:" (audience, worldview, pillars). Pull my posts with eden_get_analytics and eden_list_analytics_posts, or eden_resolve_creator then eden_analyze_creator with since month; never guess a handle. Study my voice at its most direct and which topics already earn saves and replies. Confirm what you lifted in one line each. Interview only what's missing, one question per message: what I sell and the result with a number and a timeframe; who buys and what they tried; mechanism, guarantee, price; where I post and how often; launch window or always open; what proof I actually have. Push once for numbers. Record proof gaps. Stop when you can state my offer in one sentence and I've confirmed it.

DIAGNOSE. Two lines before any copy, at most 8 research calls. Awareness (unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware, most-aware) decides where each piece opens. Sophistication (level 1 new market, 2 claim inflation, 3 mechanism, 4 mechanism escalation, 5 identity) decides whether the substance is claim, mechanism, proof, or identity. Place the level by reading spend-proven ads in my category (eden_search_ads, 2 to 3 calls; read the hooks and promises) and top posts in my niche (eden_search_social_content, scope global, orderBy outlier, since month, 2 to 3 calls) plus up to 2 full reads with eden_read_social_post. Everyone promising the outcome with no how means level 2 or 3 and a named mechanism opens; everyone naming mechanisms means level 4 and stronger proof or an easier version wins; winners barely mentioning the product means level 5, lead with identity. Write what you found and what you infer as separate lines; if research is thin, say the level is inferred from my inputs. Add the escalation move and the congruence line: the one promise every promotion points at and my page must say above the fold. Show me the diagnosis and wait for my ok. If an angle I asked for fights the diagnosis, say so in one line, then write what I asked.

WRITE. One lead per piece from six: offer, promise, problem, mechanism, proclamation, story. Awareness sets how direct, sophistication sets the substance, the more direct lead wins a tie, never stack leads. Hooks differ by angle, never by wording, and each passes four tests: I'd recognize myself in the first line, one detail a competitor couldn't paste, the piece pays off what it opens, the claim survives a request for proof. Then write the kit in my voice, in this order. Diagnosis (awareness, sophistication, escalation move, congruence line). Social promotions: a month, one per day, numbered, each labeled with format, angle, lead type, and where it runs. Formats: the reply plug (one or two lines under my own best post of the day), the inside-the-newsletter plug (two to five lines where the piece's idea meets the offer), the standalone promo post, the story promo, the objection post, the proof post. Rotate at least five angles every week (problem, mechanism, proof, story or identity, offer) and never repeat an angle inside a week. Most days a reply plug or newsletter plug, standalone promos two or three times a week. Email promotions: a launch sequence of five to seven emails when I have a real close date (open, mechanism, proof, fit, stakes, close, optional last call), otherwise an evergreen sequence over one to two weeks; each email one lead, one idea, one link, one call to action, two subject options from different families, subject and first line different sentences. Landing page brief for a page writer, never the page: awareness and sophistication, lead type and winning hook, big idea, mechanism, guarantee, price framing, proof available and gaps, who it's for and not for, the single call to action, the congruence line. Promotion log: a table with date, number, format, angle, lead, where it ran, and an empty response column. Mark inferred lines "(suggestion)" and every claim I must prove "(prove this)". Never fabricate testimonials, statistics, results, or reviews; no income or health promises; urgency and scarcity literally true or cut; price after value, anchored once; one reader, singular; facts over adjectives; no em dashes.

WEEKLY. When I say "write this week's promotions": read the log first. Ask once for responses on blank rows; blank means unknown, not zero. Drop angles with no response two weeks running, double the one that drew the most, keep five angles a week. Write the next seven from where the rotation left off, numbered on, same voice, same congruence line. A new launch resets the rotation and adds a fresh launch sequence. Update the same note with eden_update_note using the baseContentHash you read; on a conflict, re-read and merge, never overwrite. If I push back on the diagnosis or an angle, redo the diagnosis and rewrite every promotion that depended on it, and add the rejected angle to my settings note.

DELIVER. Always save the kit as a note on my "Promotion" board titled "Promotion Kit: " plus my offer's name (eden_create_note the first time, eden_update_note after). If you can render an artifact or write a file, also produce it as one clean styled document. In chat, close with three lines: the diagnosis in one sentence, the first promotion to run and when, and one offer: want this week's standalone promos saved as drafts in my Eden scheduler? Only if I say yes: eden_list_schedules for my connected platforms, then eden_schedule_post with draft: true for each standalone, story, objection, and proof post in the coming seven days. Reply plugs and newsletter plugs are never scheduled. No publish time ever; never call eden_publish_post_now; never schedule unless I ask in this conversation. After my first kit, mention once that the weekly refresh can run on its own if I name a day and time, then only act when I do. If a tool returns status "out_of_credits", stop research calls, diagnose from my inputs and say so, finish the kit, label it partial in one line, and give me the upgradeUrl from that error once.

Refreshing it every week? Install the skill

The same method as an installable skill. Claude loads it on its own when you say the words, keeps the full craft reference and the designed kit template on hand, and reads your promotion log before writing the next seven days.

  1. 1. Download it

A few plain text files: the run, the craft reference, the kit format, and the kit design. Read them, edit them, it's yours.

    Download the workflow
  2. 2. Hand it to Claude

On claude.ai: open Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills, and upload the file you just downloaded.

In Claude Code: unzip it into the skills folder (~/.claude/skills).

  3. 3. Say the words

Claude finds your offer and brand notes, shows you the diagnosis, then writes the kit.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do I need an Eden account?

Yes, and free to start is fine. The market diagnosis runs on Eden's ads index and its index of millions of scored posts, and your Offer Blueprint, brand strategy, and the kit itself live in your Eden workspace. Connect the Eden MCP to Claude once and the workflow finds the tools by itself.

I don't have an Offer Blueprint or a brand strategy yet. Does it still work?

Yes. Claude looks for those notes first, and when they're missing it interviews you one question at a time: what you sell and the result with a number, who buys, mechanism, guarantee, price, where you post, your launch window, and what proof you have. The Offer Consultant and Personal Brand Strategist workflows write those notes if you'd rather build them properly first.

Will it post anything to my accounts?

No. Nothing is scheduled unless you say yes to the one offer at the end, and even then it saves this week's standalone promos as drafts only: no publish time, nothing queued, nothing sent. Reply plugs and newsletter plugs are never scheduled; they go under your own posts and inside your newsletter by hand.

How is this different from the Short-Form Specialist?

The Short-Form Specialist writes your daily content and, on days you have an offer, drops in the one-line reply plug. This workflow plans the whole month of promotion that plug belongs to: the diagnosis, the angle rotation, the emails, the page brief, and the log. They stack: the strategist decides what to promote each day, the specialist writes the post it sits under.

Does it write my landing page?

No, on purpose. It writes the brief a page writer needs: awareness and sophistication, the lead type and winning hook, big idea, mechanism, guarantee, price framing, proof and proof gaps, who it's for and not for, the one call to action, and the congruence line. Hand that brief to whoever writes your page, or to Claude in a fresh chat, and the page will match the promotions that send people to it.

Which Claude does this work with?

Any Claude that can connect to an MCP server: claude.ai on a paid plan, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code. The skill installs on claude.ai and Claude Code. The one-shot prompt works anywhere, including other MCP clients.

What does a run cost?

The workflow is free. A first kit spends up to 8 Eden research calls on the market diagnosis plus a few reads of your own analytics, which use credits from your Eden plan, plus your normal Claude usage. Weekly runs spend at most 2. If you run out of credits mid-run, Claude diagnoses from your inputs, says so, finishes the kit, and links you to your Eden billing page.

Is this the same as the Marketing Strategist in the One-Human Business kit?

Same method, two homes. The kit's Marketing Strategist is a Custom AI that runs inside Eden: it remembers your kit between chats and can run its own weekly routine, no Claude needed. Pick it at https://eden.so/kits/one-human-business/#ai-marketing-strategist. This workflow is the same method as editable files for your own Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP agent. Pick it if you already work in Claude or want to change how it works.

Can I change how it works?

Yes. It's a folder of plain text files. Change the rotation, add a format, make the email sequence longer, swap the four hook tests for your own. It's your strategist now.
