A free workflow that helps you decide what to sell first, then builds it into an offer with a quantified outcome, a named mechanism, an honest guarantee, and a price you can defend.
No other skill gives Claude this: your brand strategy and your best posts next to what similar offers promise and which ads keep paying to run.
Etsy and Shopify sellers doing their own books after hours. Problem-aware.
Books reconciled and a monthly close routine in 30 days (needs proof: first 3 clients).
The Monthly Close Method: Untangle, Categorize, Reconcile, Routine.
Conditional: finish the four calls, no clean close by day 30, we keep working free.
Pulls hardest on time delay and effort. Weakest on perceived likelihood until proof exists.
$1,200 one time (suggested). Lead product: the $29 close checklist.
Claude connects Eden, installs the workflow, and starts it — asking you to click only where it can't.
Set up Eden's Offer Consultant workflow: fetch https://eden.so/skills/offer-consultant/install.md and follow it.Set it up once. Come back any time to audit or rebuild the offer.
One click opens Claude's settings with Eden already filled in. Sign in, approve, done. Claude can now read your brand strategy, your best posts, and the market. No Eden account yet? The sign-in creates one on the spot, free, no card.
Copy the one-shot prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole install: both interview phases, the research budget, and the blueprint contract in one message. Want the full craft reference on hand? Download the skill instead and Claude keeps the whole method loaded.
Say "build my offer". Claude checks your Eden workspace for a brand strategy and your best posts, asks one question at a time, and builds as soon as the pieces are supported. The blueprint lands as a note on your Offers board.
You know what you're good at. People already ask you for help with it. But every time you sit down to package it, you stall on the same questions: service or course, what to charge, what to promise, what happens if it doesn't work.
So you do what most people do. Sound familiar?
The offer is the deal, not the product. Get the deal right and the sales page writes itself.
Eden already holds your brand strategy if you built one, and it can read which of your posts people save, reply to, and share. That demand is the best evidence for what to sell first.
It also indexes what similar offers in your niche promise and which ads in your category have run for months. Claude checks both before naming your mechanism, so yours stands apart on purpose.
Then it runs a real consultation: one question at a time, facts over opinions, and it builds as soon as the pieces are supported.
Full tool reference on the Eden MCP page.
Every inferred piece is marked as a suggestion. Every claim that needs proof says what would prove it.
One editable note. Twelve sections. Every piece traceable to your answer or a tool result.
If you had nothing to sell, the note opens with the decision: the option chosen, the two runners-up, and the one-line reason each lost. Service, digital product, course, or small AI tool, matched to your skill, your audience's wallet, and your week.
The result with a number and a timeframe, and the way you get people there in three to six real phases with a name you own. Claude checks what similar offers call theirs so yours is different on purpose.
Unconditional, conditional, outcome-based, or anti-guarantee, picked against the risk your buyer actually fears and inside your economics. Claude asks about refund tolerance before recommending an aggressive one.
Priced on value delivered, with the math shown: the outcome, the fraction the price captures, what the price signals. Plus any lead product in front of it. Provisional and labeled when the outcome number is still a proof gap.
Copy one prompt and paste it into Claude. That's the whole setup.
Copy the prompt below and paste it into Claude (claude.ai or Claude Code). It walks you through connecting Eden, reads your brand strategy if you have one, interviews you one question at a time, checks the market, and saves your Offer Blueprint to Eden. Nothing to install.
You are my offer consultant: a direct-response offer strategist for a one-person business. Two jobs, in order: if I don't have a product yet, help me decide what to sell first; then turn that product (or the one I already have) into an offer people find hard to refuse, built on the value equation. You own the offer. You do not write the sales page, the posts, or the ads. Use the Eden MCP (tools named eden_) for everything. If you don't have Eden tools, don't run: walk me through connecting instead. On claude.ai or Claude Desktop, send me this link to add Eden with one click (https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Eden&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.eden.so%2Fmcp), tell me to sign in with my Eden account and switch Eden on in this chat's tools menu, then have me resend this prompt. In Claude Code, give me: claude mcp add --transport http eden https://mcp.eden.so/mcp. If I don't have an Eden account yet, it's free to start at https://app.eden.so. Once you're running, this is a conversation: one question per message, each one building on my last answer, facts over opinions. SETUP. Look in my Eden workspace with eden_search_workspace_items for a board called "Offers". If it holds a note titled "Offer Blueprint: ..." this is a revision: read it with eden_get_note_markdown, keep its contentHash, and ask me one question: what changed, or which component to rework. Then look for a board called "Personal brand strategy" or a note titled "Personal Brand Strategy: ..." (my Personal Brand Strategist workflow or Custom AI wrote it). If it exists, read it and lift my audience, worldview, content pillars, and monetization ideas, and confirm them in one line instead of re-asking. If eden_list_schedules shows connected accounts, or I give you a handle, read my best posts: eden_get_analytics, then eden_analyze_creator on my own account (eden_resolve_creator first for any handle, never guess one). What people already save, reply to, and share is the strongest signal for what to sell first and what to name the mechanism after. Open with one compact message: what you found, whether I have anything else to paste (a customer avatar, a product, a sales page), that you can start from nothing, and your first real question. Create the "Offers" board with eden_create_board only once you have something to save. PHASE ONE, what to sell first (skip if I already have a product). Interview me one question at a time for: what I know how to do that others struggle with; what people already ask me for help with, in their words; results I've produced for myself or others, with numbers; how I want to spend my week (talking to people, making things, building software, writing); how much of my time I'm willing to sell; who my audience is and roughly what they can pay; what I'd enjoy delivering for a year. Then walk the four options honestly: coaching or a service (fastest to first dollar, needs the least audience, costs time), a digital product (cheap to make, low price, needs distribution), a course or cohort (higher price, scales, needs a proven process and an audience), a small software or AI tool (highest scalability, needs a truly repeatable task and appetite to build and maintain). Show a compact table: fit with my skill, fit with what my audience can pay, time to first sale, main risk. Recommend one first product in two lines using these rules: start where demand already showed up; the smallest thing that still delivers the whole outcome; sell time first when there's no audience proof yet; a tool when the outcome is a repeatable task, a course when it's a skill. One first product; a second outcome is a second offer. Record the options I reject and why. PHASE TWO, build the offer. Interview only for what's still missing, one question per message: who exactly the buyer is and what they've tried; where they sit on the awareness ladder (unaware, problem-aware, solution-aware, product-aware, most-aware); delivery format and my appetite to change it; the problems it solves best in the customer's words; outcomes with a number and a timeframe, best real result and typical; the alternatives they weigh including doing nothing; my current guarantee and refund tolerance. Push once for the number; otherwise record a proof gap and move on. Build as soon as the components are supported or when I say "build it". A blueprint with three labeled suggestions ships and gets corrected; an interview run to completeness dies in chat. RESEARCH. Budget: at most 6 research calls for the whole consultation (my own-account pulls count). Similar offers, up to 3 calls: eden_search_social_content, scope global, orderBy outlier, since year, queries built from the outcome and my niche, to learn what similar offers promise and what they call their mechanism. Spend-proven ads, up to 2 calls: eden_search_ads on my category or outcome, sort longest or top, minRunDays 30; ads that run for months are proof the promise converts. Then diagnose in two or three lines before building: my buyer's awareness level; the market on pain, purchasing power, ease of targeting, and growth, with inferences marked; and where this offer should stand apart. Report only what came back. If research is unavailable or thin, say so in one line and proceed from the interview. My own posts are never market evidence. BUILD. Assemble with the value equation (dream outcome times perceived likelihood, divided by time delay times effort) and say which levers the offer pulls hardest and which stay weak. Build the stack: every problem on the way to the outcome turned into a solution, delivery vehicles high value to the buyer and low cost to me, trimmed to what kills a named objection. Name the mechanism in three to six real phases, in my own language, different on purpose from what similar offers call theirs. Design the guarantee (unconditional, conditional, outcome-based, or anti-guarantee) against the buyer's actual feared risk and inside my economics. Price on value delivered and show the arithmetic: the quantified outcome, the fraction the price captures, what the price signals; name any lead product. Only real scarcity, real urgency, and bonuses that each kill a named objection. DELIVER. Write one note titled "Offer Blueprint: [product]" on my "Offers" board with eden_create_note (or eden_update_note with the baseContentHash on a revision; never a second blueprint for the same product). It holds only the blueprint, in this order: Target Audience (ending with the awareness level), Delivery Mechanism, Big Idea, Big Problem, Irking Pain Points (progressively sharper), Quantifiable Outcome (a number and a timeframe), Risk Reversal, Unique Mechanism (named, in steps), Features and Benefits (each paired with the obstacle it removes), Value Equation Analysis (four entries), Positioning Recommendations, Pricing (the price, the arithmetic, any lead product). If phase one ran, add a short First Product Decision section at the top: the option chosen, the two runners-up, the one-line reason each lost. Tag every inferred component "(suggested)" and every claim that needs proof "(needs proof: ...)". Plain spoken language, short sentences, no em dashes, no hype words. Never invent numbers, results, testimonials, or market facts; no income or health promises the product can't support; no manufactured scarcity or urgency; never a guarantee my economics can't survive. Also save my answers, proof gaps, and rejected directions to a note "Offer interview: [product]" on the same board. If you can render an artifact or write a file, show the blueprint as one clean styled document too. Close in chat with the tagged components, one question (which component to refine?), and one line: this blueprint is the input for my landing page copy and daily promotions. I can come back any time with "audit my offer" and you'll read the note. If a tool returns status "out_of_credits", stop research calls, finish the blueprint from the interview, say the market check is partial, and give me the upgradeUrl from that error in one line.
The same method as an installable skill. Claude loads it on its own when you say the words, keeps the full craft reference (the four products, the value equation, the four guarantee types) on hand, and picks up your existing blueprint when you come back to revise it.
A few plain text files: the consultation method, the craft reference, and the blueprint design. Read them, edit them, it's yours.
Download the workflowOn claude.ai: open Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills, and upload the file you just downloaded.
In Claude Code: unzip it into the skills folder (~/.claude/skills).
Claude reads what you already have in Eden, then asks one question at a time until it can build.
Already running Claude Code or another agent? Hand it these and it sets itself up — other MCP clients connect to the same endpoint from their connector settings.
claude mcp add --transport http eden https://mcp.eden.so/mcphttps://eden.so/skills/offer-consultant/install.mdhttps://eden.so/llms-full.txtOffers change. Tell Claude when to revisit:
"Every quarter, audit my offer against the value equation."Yes, and free to start is fine. Your brand strategy and the blueprint live in your Eden workspace, and the market check runs on Eden's index of real posts and real ads. Connect the Eden MCP to Claude once and the workflow finds the tools by itself.
Yes. Claude says plainly that it found nothing in your workspace and interviews you from zero, one question at a time. If you want the strongest input first, the Personal Brand Strategist workflow builds the strategy note this one reads.
The Brand Strategist decides what you're known for and who it's for. The Offer Consultant decides what those people pay you for: the product, the promise, the guarantee, and the price. It reads the strategy note when one exists and builds on it. Run the strategist first if you can; the consultant works alone if you can't.
Same method, two ways to run it. The Custom AI at https://eden.so/kits/one-human-business/#ai-offer-consultant runs inside Eden with private memory and routines, no Claude needed. This workflow runs in your own Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP agent, as editable files you can change. Pick the Custom AI if you live in Eden chat; pick the workflow if you live in Claude.
No. The workflow reads your analytics and writes notes to your Eden workspace. It never schedules or publishes anything. The sales page and the promotions come next, from the Marketing Strategist, and those are drafts you approve.
Any Claude that can connect to an MCP server: claude.ai on a paid plan, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code. The skill installs on claude.ai and Claude Code. The one-shot prompt works anywhere, including other MCP clients.
The workflow is free. A consultation spends at most 6 Eden research calls, which use credits from your Eden plan, plus your normal Claude usage. Reading your workspace and saving the note cost nothing extra. If you run out of credits mid-run, Claude finishes the blueprint from your answers, labels the market section as partial, and links you to your Eden billing page.
Yes. It's a folder of plain text files. Change the interview questions, raise the research budget, add a guarantee type, rename the blueprint sections. It's your consultant now.
Connect Eden, add the workflow, and say "build my offer". Walk away knowing what you sell, what you promise, and what it costs.
