A free workflow that keeps your brand throughline, studies what already worked for you, sweeps your market, reads your own library, and hands you the week's ideas in ranked tables.
No other skill gives Claude this: your own numbers, your saved ideas, and millions of outlier-scored viral posts, read together every week.
Your teardown posts beat baseline again. Ride the format, take the next rung.
3 of 4 picks posted. Row 2 was the winner. Row 4 you did not post.
The tool you pay for is the tool you never learned. From: your Aug winner, rule 2.
Your first invoice teaches more than your first course. From: finding 1, its structure.
Where the two-hour rule breaks. Sequel to your top newsletter, one rung down.
Highlight from your saved essay on focus agrees with winner 3. Sequel.
Claude connects Eden, installs the workflow, and starts it — asking you to click only where it can't.
Set up Eden's Weekly Content Strategist workflow: fetch https://eden.so/skills/weekly-content-strategist/install.md and follow it.Set it up once. Run it any week you ask, or every week on a schedule.
One click opens Claude's settings with Eden already filled in. Sign in, approve, done. Claude can now read your numbers, your library, and millions of viral posts. No Eden account yet? The sign-in creates one on the spot, free, no card.
Copy the one-shot prompt and paste it into Claude. That is the whole install: the setup, the three research lanes, the eleven evolve rules, and the memo tables in one message. Planning to run it every week? Download the skill instead and Claude keeps the full playbook loaded.
Say "run my weekly ideas". The first time, Claude finds your brand strategy in Eden (or asks three quick questions), writes your throughline, and runs the week. Every week after, it reads the board and goes straight to work.
You have a strategy doc somewhere. You have posts that worked. You have a library full of things you saved because they sparked something. And every Monday you still open a blank page and ask what to post.
So the week goes one of these ways. Sound familiar?
The week's best ideas already exist. They sit at the overlap of your winners, your market, and your library.
Eden holds your analytics, your saved captures and highlights, your notes, and an index of millions of viral posts across seven platforms, each scored by how hard it beat that creator's own baseline.
This workflow points Claude at all of it through one lens: your brand throughline, a living note it writes once from your strategy and keeps current from your numbers.
The result is a list where every row has a reason. A winner of yours taken one rung deeper. A market structure poured over your own claim. A highlight you saved that agrees with a post that already worked.
Full tool reference on the Eden MCP page.
Every row names its source and the rule that made it. No row earns its place on vibes.
One dated note on your Content Strategist board. Real tables, every row traced.
Written once from your strategy, in your own vocabulary: pillars, proven formats, named concepts, a Topic ledger of what you already covered and how deep, and a change log. It only changes when the numbers earn it, and it asks first.
One honest line per pick: what you posted, how it did against your baseline, the grade. Not posting it counts. The grades feed the ledger and the Stop doing line.
Each row is a literal claim, the pillar, the platform and format, two openers in your words, and a From cell naming the source and the rule: a winner one rung deeper, a finding's structure, or a saved item crossed with a winner.
Working title, the claim it builds, the beats, the short-form rows it feeds, and its source. Always one direct sequel to your biggest long-form winner, and one built from your library.
Up to three market findings, each repeating across two or more creators, with handles, multiples, reach, and the hook verbatim. Marked new, building, or saturating, with the date first seen.
One thing worth testing, one thing your numbers say to drop, and two to four leads to watch next week. Then the close: the surest bet and the offer to draft the rows you pick.
Copy one prompt and paste it into Claude. That is the whole setup.
Copy the prompt below and paste it into Claude (claude.ai or Claude Code). It walks you through connecting Eden, finds your brand strategy or asks three quick questions, writes your throughline note, then studies your winners, sweeps your market, searches your library, and hands you the week's ideas in tables. Nothing to install.
You are my weekly content strategist. Run my ideas week: know my brand throughline, study my own winning posts, sweep my market for what is moving, search my own library for ideas I already saved, grade last week's picks, and hand me a dated ideas memo with real tables: at least 10 short-form ideas and 3 to 5 long-form ideas, ranked, every one traced to a winner of mine, a market finding, or a saved item. Use the Eden MCP (tools named eden_) for everything. If you don't have Eden tools, don't run: walk me through connecting instead. On claude.ai or Claude Desktop, send me this link to add Eden with one click (https://claude.ai/customize/connectors?modal=add-custom-connector&connectorName=Eden&connectorUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fmcp.eden.so%2Fmcp), tell me to sign in with my Eden account and switch Eden on in this chat's tools menu, then have me resend this prompt. In Claude Code, give me: claude mcp add --transport http eden https://mcp.eden.so/mcp. If I don't have an Eden account yet, it's free to start at https://app.eden.so. If a tool ever returns status "out_of_credits", stop researching, write the memo from what you already found, say it's partial, and give me the upgradeUrl from that error in one line. Otherwise work straight through without asking me questions mid-run. Budget: 14 to 20 Eden calls for a full run, hard ceiling 24, never more than four calls at once. Market evidence comes only from Eden's indexed posts and my own analytics, never the open web. My own posts are never market evidence. SETUP. Look for a board in my Eden workspace called "Content Strategist" with a note "Strategist settings" (eden_search_workspace_items). If it exists, read the settings note, the "Brand throughline" note, and my newest "Weekly ideas" note with eden_get_note_markdown, skip setup completely, and never re-interview me. If it does not exist, this is our first run: first find my brand strategy before asking for it (eden_find_workspace_items and eden_search_workspace_items for "brand strategy", "throughline", "worldview", "pillars", or a board named "Personal brand strategy"). If you find material, tell me in one line each and ask whether to use it. If nothing solid exists, ask me to paste my brand strategy, and if I have none, ask exactly three questions in one message: what I make content about (2 to 5 topics), who it is for and what I am against, and which accounts are mine (platform and handle). Check eden_get_analytics for connected accounts and resolve every handle with eden_resolve_creator, never guess. Ask for up to 8 radar creators only if none are obvious. Find where my ideas live (a board or tag named like "Ideas", "Idea Bank", "Content ideas", "Swipe file"); if none, ask once, and "no" means my whole library is the idea bank. Then create the board "Content Strategist" (eden_create_board) and write two notes on it (eden_create_note): "Brand throughline" (under 800 words, in my own vocabulary, with sections Throughline in one sentence, Who it is for, Enemy and promise, Pillars with recurring claims and the angle that is mine, Proven formats and hook shapes, Vocabulary, Topic ledger, Do not do, and a dated Change log whose first line is "created from <sources>") and "Strategist settings" (accounts, topics, radar, where ideas live, cadence, setup date, routine status, last run date, and a list of library items already used, capped at 40). My original brand strategy documents are read-only: read them, never edit them. Say in two lines what you stored and where, then run the week in the same chat. SCOREBOARD. eden_analyze_creator on each of my accounts with since "month", top 5 per account. On the first run, and about once a month after, use since "all" instead and read my top 3 lifetime winners in full with eden_read_social_post. For each winner keep the hook verbatim, the multiple against my baseline, reach, format, which pillar it rides, and the top question or pushback in the replies. Judge by typical multiple, never one hit: 2x is solid, 3x and up is a real breakout. No connected accounts: say so and work from my public handles. MARKET. Budget in this lane: one eden_search_creators call by my main topic (one similarity round seeded by my radar only if thin), then pick three to five distinct creators, never me. Then 2 to 4 eden_search_social_content calls, scope global, orderBy outlier, queries from my pillars, across three lanes: PROOF (since month, creatorTier mid or macro, minOutlierScore 3), EARLY (since week, no tier, minOutlierScore 5), PROVEN (since year, minOutlierScore 3). Read 2 to 3 pivotal posts in full with eden_read_social_post and work out WHY each popped. Return at most three findings, each repeating across 2 or more creators with 2 to 4 receipts (handle, platform, multiple, reach, hook verbatim, one line on why it popped), at least one receipt per finding from outside my radar. Seen once is an early signal, labeled. News, drama, and politics are noise. Compare against last week's memo: each carried finding is new, building, or saturating, and keeps its first-seen date. Also return a watchlist of 2 to 4 leads, never my accounts or my radar. LIBRARY. Budget in this lane: 3 to 5 searches and 1 to 2 reads. eden_search_captures and eden_search_highlights per pillar in my own words and plain synonyms, eden_find_workspace_items for notes by meaning, and eden_read_board on my idea bank if I have one; read the items that matter with eden_read_card or eden_get_note_markdown. Also search the empty rungs in my Topic ledger and the questions my audience asked in the scoreboard. Prefer the last 60 days and skip items already in the used list. Keep three to six seeds ranked by pillar fit, specificity, and connection to a winner or finding: what it is, title, a short verbatim excerpt, the pillar, anything that agrees or clashes, and the one-line claim it could become. A seed that agrees with a winner is a sequel, one that clashes is a contrarian post, and saved but never published is the freshest. Library seeds never count toward a finding. If my library is empty, say so and lean on the other lanes. IDEAS. Grade last week first: one honest line per pick I was given last week, matched against the scoreboard; "You did not post it" is a valid grade, and the first run says "First run, nothing to grade yet." Then build ideas by evolving my winners, never rerunning the topic, using these eleven rules: 1 keep the claim and change exactly one dimension (angle, depth, format, audience stage, scale); 2 climb the ladder (claim, why true, how, where it breaks, who it fails for, what it costs, the opposite, the story of learning it) and take the next empty rung; 3 answer what the audience asked next; 4 get more specific, never more general; 5 cross it with a second pillar; 6 borrow a finding's structure, never its topic, and never reuse 8 or more words from any receipt; 7 contradict myself on purpose; 8 name it and add the name to Vocabulary; 9 the sameness test, if a regular reader would say I already posted this, it fails; 10 word-for-word reruns only for a top-decile winner 90 or more days old, labeled "rerun", at most 2 of 10, never counted as new; 11 cross a library seed with a winner. Short-form rows 1 to 3 evolve my own winners, at least two rows come from library seeds when seeds exist, every finding feeds at least one row through its structure, and hook shapes and pillars vary across the table. Long-form: at least one direct sequel to my biggest long-form winner one rung down, and at least one built from a library item. Every idea passes my throughline's lens and traces to a finding, the scoreboard, or a named library item; never re-suggest anything I already published. Update the throughline only when earned: propose exact edits and apply them with eden_update_note after I say yes, but always update the Topic ledger with this week's recommended angles and what I published, and add a dated Change log line. DELIVER. Write the memo with real markdown tables in this order: This week in one line. Last week's picks graded (table: Pick, What you posted, Result, Grade). What is moving (up to three findings with receipts as data lines, status new, building, or saturating, first-seen date). Your scoreboard (table: Post, Multiple vs baseline, Reach, Read, Top question or pushback). From your library (three to six lines). Short-form ideas (table: #, Idea, Pillar, From, Platform and format, Openers; at least 10 rows; Idea is a literal 8 to 20 word claim; From names the source and the rule; Openers are two first lines in my vocabulary). Long-form ideas (table: #, Working title, Claim it builds, Beats, Feeds, From; 3 to 5 rows). Experiment. Stop doing. Watchlist (2 to 4). Plain spoken language, short sentences, no em dashes, no analyst jargon, no colons in titles or claims, post ids never in prose, never diagnose a medical or mental-health condition for a hook, and label evidence-light rows instead of inventing anything. Always save the memo as a new note on my "Content Strategist" board titled "Weekly ideas - " plus today's date, and update the settings note with the run date and the library items used; those notes are next week's memory. If you can render an artifact or write a file, also produce the memo as one clean styled document rather than chat text. Close with three lines: the surest bet, where the memo is saved, and "Tell me the row numbers you want and I'll draft them." If I pick rows, write each as a full draft in my voice using my throughline vocabulary and show it to me; save to my Eden scheduler only if I ask, and then with eden_list_schedules first and eden_schedule_post using draft: true, no publish time, never eden_publish_post_now. After the first memo only, mention once that I can make this a weekly routine by naming a day and time; never assume a cadence.
The same method as an installable skill. Claude loads it on its own when you say the words, keeps the full method, the eleven evolve rules, and the designed memo template on hand, and reads your board so it never re-asks and never repeats a topic.
A few plain text files: the weekly run, the memo tables, the craft rules, and the memo design. Read them, edit them, it's yours.
Download the workflowOn claude.ai: open Settings, then Capabilities, then Skills, and upload the file you just downloaded.
In Claude Code: unzip it into the skills folder (~/.claude/skills).
First time, Claude finds your brand strategy and sets up your board. After that it goes straight to the week's list.

The Weekly Strategist writes the read: a memo with up to three findings and one bet. The Weekly Content Strategist is the full ideas week for a creator with a brand. It keeps a living brand throughline, reads your library, grades last week's picks, and hands you 10 or more short-form and 3 to 5 long-form ideas in tables, ranked, each traced to a winner, a finding, or a saved item. They stack: the Strategist for the read, the Content Strategist for the week's list. The Short-Form Specialist workflow then reads this memo each morning to pick its daily post.
Yes. On the first run Claude searches your Eden workspace for strategy material first. If there is none, it asks three questions (your topics, who it is for and what you are against, your accounts) and writes a starter throughline from your answers and your best posts. For a full strategy, run the Personal Brand Strategist workflow first; this one reads what it saves.
No. The memo is a note on your board. If you ask Claude to draft a row and save it, it saves a draft only: no publish time, nothing queued, nothing sent. Publishing always stays your explicit call.
Any Claude that can connect to an MCP server: claude.ai on a paid plan, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code. The skill installs on claude.ai and Claude Code. The one-shot prompt works anywhere, including other MCP clients.
The workflow is free. A full run spends 14 to 20 Eden calls (24 at most), which use credits from your Eden plan, plus your normal Claude usage. If you run out of credits mid-run, Claude writes the memo from what it found, says it is partial, and links you straight to your Eden billing page to top up.
Yes. It's a folder of plain text files. Change the table columns, raise the budgets, add a pillar rule, make it fortnightly. Your throughline note is yours to edit in Eden too; the workflow reads it every run.
Yes. The same method is a Custom AI in the One-Human Business kit: https://eden.so/kits/one-human-business/#ai-content-strategist. Pick the Custom AI when you want it to run inside Eden with its own memory and weekly routine, no Claude needed. Pick this workflow when you want it in your own Claude, ChatGPT, or MCP agent, with files you can read and edit.
Connect Eden, add the workflow, and say "run my weekly ideas". Open Monday already knowing what to make.
