Give a teammate access to a workspace's store
Let a workspace member view, edit, or run the workspace's store as an admin. Payouts and the store link stay with the store's owner.
Go to Settings → Members, click Edit access next to the person, and pick Can view, Can edit, or Admin under Store. It saves right away and applies to this workspace's store.
Workspace owners run the store, so they don't need a level. Store access costs nothing extra.
Give access to a member
- 01
Open Members
In the workspace whose store it is, go to Settings → Members.
- 02
Click Edit access
One panel holds their role, their Team boards access, and their store access.
- 03
Pick a store level
Under Store, choose Can view, Can edit, or Admin. Pick No access to take it back.
Give access when you invite someone
The invite row in Settings → Members has a store picker next to the email box. It starts at No store access. Pick Store: can view, Store: can edit, or Store: admin before you click Invite. They get it when they join.
Give store access only
To let someone help with the store without seeing your boards:
- In Edit access, set Team boards to No access.
- When you invite them, pick No boards in the invite row.
Their sidebar stays one list. It doesn't split into Private and Team for them.
What each level allows
| Level | What they can do |
|---|---|
| No access | Nothing. They can't open this workspace's store. This is the default. |
| Can view | See sales, customers, products, and pages. No changes. |
| Can edit | Also change products, prices, pages, discounts, and customers. |
| Admin | Also refund payments, gift credits to customers, and manage email list, checkout, and scheduling connections and the purchase webhook. |
These always stay with the person who started the store, at every level:
- Stripe payouts and the store link.
- Buying credits with their card.
What your teammate sees
They open the workspace and click the Store icon at the top of the sidebar. Already in a store, they click their name at the bottom of the store sidebar and pick your workspace. A note says whose store it is and what they can do. If they try something their level doesn't allow, Eden tells them instead of doing it.
Remove access
Set their store level to No access, or remove them from the workspace. Access stops within seconds.
Run a separate store in each workspace
Every workspace can have its own store, with its own link, Stripe payouts, products, and customers.
Start selling on Eden
Set up your store, pick what to sell, get paid through Stripe, and run it all from Your store.
Team and private boards
In a workspace with more than one member, Private boards stay yours and Team boards are shared. Control who can view, edit, or even see each Team board.
