Add products to your community
Give members your products free, or show them products they can buy, on the community's Products tab.
Open your community on the web, click Products, then Add products. Pick Included to give a product to members free, or For sale to show it at its price. Then click Tell members so they hear about it.
Add a product

Open the Products tab
In your community, click Products in the left rail. You see it even when it's empty.

Add products
Click Add products, search your store, and add one. Any published product works except another community.

Pick how members get it
Pick Included (free while they're in) or For sale (they see it at its price).

Tell members
Click Tell members next to the product you just added. Post its card in a channel, send a push, or email them.
Changes save right away. You can also edit the list on the product's Products step in the product editor.
Included or For sale

Coaching, cohorts, workshops, and Ask me can only be For sale.
Products the community comes with, and products a member bought, show under Yours too. If their access ended, the card says Renew.
Free for some people, for sale to others
Click ⋯ on a card, then Only for…. Pick products, cohort runs, or tags like VIP.
- Included with Only for: free for people who match. Everyone else sees it for sale.
- For sale with Only for: only people who match see it.
Tell members about a product
Click ⋯ on a card, then Tell members.

| Email them | Members who get announcement emails get one. Once per product. |
Pushes and emails for the same product go out at most once a day.
Check what members see
Click View as member to see the tab the way a new member does. When something is for sale, a line at the top shows your sales from this community this month.
When free access ends
An included product stays open while the person is in the community. It closes when they leave, when you remove or ban them, or when their paid access ends. Taking it off the tab, or making it For sale, closes it right away.
A product someone bought, or that you added for them by hand, always stays theirs. Members who get one free show in Customers with the source Community.
On your phone
The iPhone and Android apps don't have a Products tab. Included products show in members' Your access. Product cards in chat show a cover and title, and open if the member owns it.

Set up channels, sections, forum categories, and the welcome pop-up, build a team of admins, moderators, and contributors, and handle reports, mutes, and bans.

Make a community as a store product. Make it free, sell it, or include it with your other products.
Use your own landing page
Send people to a sales page on your own site, like a Framer or Webflow page, while checkout stays on Eden.
