Pip is the little sprout on your chat box. He's off for new accounts. Turn him on, change his look, and dress him up in Settings → Pip. Click him anytime to say hi.

Change how Pip looks

  1. 01

    Open Pip's settings

    Go to Settings → Pip.

  2. 02

    Pick a look

Choose a Look (Smooth, Outline, Pixel, or Dots), a Color, a Leaf color, a Top, and turn Cheeks on or off. The preview shows him resting or working.

  3. 03

    Start over if you want

Click Back to the original Pip. Your wardrobe picks stay. While he wears a skin, the button is Back to the skin's own look instead.

Pip's look, whether he's on, and where he shows are saved to your account, so he's the same on every computer you use.

Dress Pip up

Under Wardrobe, open Skins and items, then click a tile to put it on. Click it again to take it off.

  • Skins change Pip's whole look. He wears one at a time.
  • Head, Face, and Hand items go on top of any skin, one in each spot.
  • Some skins already fill a spot. The Crown covers his head, so no hat goes on top.
  • A locked tile says how to get it.

Give each skin its own look

While Pip wears a skin, Color, Leaf, Top, and Cheeks change that skin only. A purple Jack-o'-lantern stays purple, and your own Pip keeps his look for when the skin comes off.

  • Pick the skin's own colors (the first choice in Color or Leaf) to go back to how the skin comes.
  • The Jack-o'-lantern's stem takes your Leaf color.
  • Skins that sit where the leaf goes, like the Crown, have no Top to pick.

Holiday outfits

Dress up for holidays is on to start. Pip puts on whatever is in season, like the Santa hat in December, but only in spots you left empty. Anything you picked always wins. Turn the switch off to skip it.

Choose where Pip shows

Once Pip is on, under Where Pip shows, turn each place on or off:

Show or hide Pip

Click your workspace name in the sidebar, open Apps & extras, and choose Show Pip or Hide Pip. The Show Pip switch in Settings → Pip does the same thing.
