Put your business name and VAT number on invoices
Add your company name, address, and tax number once, and every Eden invoice prints them.
Go to Settings → Billing, find Business details under Receipts, and click Add. Every invoice you download after that prints your details, even for past charges.

Open Settings → Billing
Or go to app.eden.so/billing.

Click Add next to Business details
It sits at the top of the Receipts section. Click Edit to change saved details.

Fill in what you need and click Save details
Every field is optional. Blank fields don't print.
What each field does
| Field | What it prints |
|---|---|
| Full name | Your name in the Billed to block. |
| Business name | The company being billed, on the first line above your name. |
| Address | Exactly as you type it, one line per row. Any country's format. |
| VAT / tax number | A Tax ID line. Use it for VAT, GST, EIN, ABN, and so on. |
| Billing email | The email accounting wants on the invoice. |
| Anything else | Extra lines, like a company registration or purchase order number. |
Fix an old invoice
Eden builds the PDF when you click Invoice, not when you were charged. So after you save your details, download an old invoice again and it will show them.
Good to know
- Details belong to the workspace. Anyone in it can edit them.
- Eden also copies your business name and tax number to Stripe, so Stripe's copies match.
- Invoices print Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, and Thai letters. For other alphabets, use a romanized spelling. The form warns you about any letters that won't print.
- Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are billed by Apple, so these details don't appear on Apple's receipts.
