Download invoices and receipts

Every Eden charge has a downloadable invoice PDF you can send to accounting. Here is where to find them and how to change what prints on them.

Settings → Billing has a Receipts section listing every charge Eden has ever made on your account. Each row has a one-click invoice PDF with your company name and address on it, ready to file as an expense.

Where to find them

  1. 01

    Open Settings, then Billing

You can also go straight to app.eden.so/billing, which is the same screen outside the app.

  2. 02

    Scroll to Receipts

It sits under Usage. Charges are listed newest first, with the date, what it was for, and the amount.

  3. 03

    Click Invoice on any row

A PDF downloads immediately. Nothing opens in a new tab and nothing gets emailed to you.

Older charges are hidden behind a Show older receipts link at the bottom of the list, so the section stays short for people with years of history.

What is in the list

Everything Eden has charged you for, in one place:

  • Subscription charges, including the first one and every renewal after it.
  • Plan changes, such as the prorated amount when you upgrade mid-cycle.
  • Credit top-ups bought from the Usage section.
  • The Creator Bootcamp, if you bought it as a one-time purchase.

Any member of the workspace can open the section and download receipts. You do not have to be the owner, because the person who files expenses often is not the person who pays.

What is on the invoice

Each PDF has Eden's letterhead and the details an accounting team asks for: an invoice number, the date, who it was billed to, the line items with their service period, subtotal, any discount, tax, the total, and the card that paid it.

Put your business details on invoices

If you expense Eden through a company, open the Business details row in the Receipts section and add your company name, address, and VAT or tax number. Every invoice you download then prints them.

See Put your business name and VAT number on invoices for what each field does.

Next to each row there is also a small arrow icon that opens Stripe's own copy of the charge, in case your accountant wants the version issued by the payment processor.

If you bought through the App Store

Subscriptions purchased inside the Eden iOS app are billed by Apple, not by Eden, so Apple issues those receipts. You will find them in your Apple account under Purchase History, or in the emailed receipt Apple sends after each renewal. The Billing screen says so when this applies to you, and anything you bought directly from Eden still lists there.
