Save part of a chat reply
Highlight any part of an Eden AI reply and save it as a card or a document, to your Library or a board.
Highlight text in a reply and let go of the mouse. Click Save to Eden, pick Card or Document, pick Library or a board, and click Save.

Highlight the text
Drag over the words you want in an Eden AI reply. When you let go, a Save to Eden button shows above them.

Pick Card or Document
Click Save to Eden. At the top, choose Card for a short note or Document for longer writing. Eden remembers your pick for next time.

Pick where it goes
Choose Library or a board, then click Save. Press
⌘ Bto name a new board instead.
A document is titled with the first line of what you saved. A toast lets you jump to it.
Good to know
- The button only shows for the AI's replies, not your own messages.
- Variations that come back as cards have a bookmark button (Save to board). It opens the same picker. See using boosts.
- If a board is open next to the chat, it's picked for you. Otherwise Library is.
