SettingWhat it does
How buyers payOne-time for lifetime access, or Membership to bill on a schedule.
Monthly priceCharged every month. Leave it empty to sell yearly only.
Yearly priceCharged once a year. With both set, buyers pick on the page and see the saving.
Was priceOptional. Shows crossed out next to the monthly price, or the only price.
Include AI creditsProducts with an AI chat only. None, 100, 250, 500, or 1,000 credits every month. Each costs you $0.04, taken from each payment.

What your buyer sees

  • The price with its interval, like "$9/month", or a Monthly / Yearly choice.
  • Inside the product, a line like "Renews Oct 3" and a Manage membership button.
  • Manage membership opens Stripe, where they change their card, see invoices, or cancel.
  • If they cancel, access lasts until the end of the period they paid for.
  • After it ends, the product opens to your sales page with a way to rejoin.

Good to know

  • Eden keeps 5% of every payment, renewals included. Stripe's fee comes out of your share.
  • Memberships also work on your own checkout link, with one price. Buyers then manage them in that checkout, not Stripe.
  • Paid products start at $1.
  • A discount code takes its amount off the first payment only. Renewals bill at full price.
  • If a card fails, Stripe retries for a few days and access stays open. The customer row reads Payment failed meanwhile.
  • Revoke access cancels the subscription and ends access right away. It can't be restored.
  • Switching a product back to one-time doesn't touch existing members. One-time buyers keep lifetime access.
  • Changing included credits only affects new members.
  • Eden chat, The Product Builder, and the Eden MCP can set a membership price when you ask.
