Give credits to one customer

   Open the customer

   In your store, go to Customers and click the person.

   Pick an amount

   Under AI credits, click Give AI credits and pick 100, 250, 500, or 1,000. The sheet shows the cost, like "$20, charged to your Eden card".

   Confirm

   Click Give 500 credits (or your amount). The credits land in their Eden account right away.

Next time they open your product, they see a line like "Dan Koe gave you 500 AI credits". The customer panel lists every gift with its date and cost.

Give credits to everyone you import

• Before you import: on the review step, pick an amount under Give AI credits (optional). It shows the total, like "Adds $160 to your card". Keep the window open until the import finishes.
• After you import: open the finished import and click Give everyone from this import AI credits. One card charge covers everyone, up to 500 people at a time.

Pay from your balance instead

If you loaded a Credits for customers balance and it covers the whole gift, the gift comes out of it. The sheet says "Paid from your balance". If it doesn't cover it, the gift goes on your card.

Limits

Gifted credits are normal Eden credits. They never expire, and they stay with the customer even if their access ends.

If something's not working

• "Waiting for them to sign in": the customer hasn't claimed access yet. You've paid, and the credits land when they sign in.
• Card declined or needs verification: the sheet links to Open billing. Nothing is given until the charge goes through.
