Rate a Custom AI you bought
Leave stars and a short review for a Custom AI you bought, stay anonymous if you like, and change it any time.
Open your purchase, click your account menu at the bottom left, and pick Rate this. Pick your stars and click Post review. The creator approves it before it shows on their page.

Open the form
Pick Rate this in the account menu. You can also click a star on the "How is [the AI] going?" card at the top of the chat, or the button in the review email.

Pick your stars
Stars are the only thing you must fill in. Add up to 1,000 characters if you like. Tap a starter line, like "I bought this because…", to get going.

Post it
Click Post review. It shows on the product page once the creator approves it.
Your name and photo
- Your name shows as first name and last initial, like "Dan K."
- Add a photo of yourself is optional: JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF, up to 5 MB.
- Turn on Post anonymously to hide your name and photo.
When Eden asks

The email link is tied to your purchase, so don't forward it.
Change it later
Pick Edit your rating in the account menu, change anything, and click Save changes. The creator approves the new version before it shows.
What the creator can do
The creator sees your stars, words, and display name. They can approve or hide your review, but they can't change what you wrote. If your purchase is refunded, your review comes down.
