   Open the link from your email. Sign in with the email you used at checkout.

   New to Eden? You get a workspace automatically. Otherwise, click Install here on a workspace you own. Trying again never charges you twice.

   If the creator wrote a welcome page, click Start here at the top of the sidebar to read it first.

Get around

The thin rail on the far left switches what the sidebar shows. You only see the buttons your purchase has.

Below those, the rail lists your other communities and courses. Click one to jump straight to it. The Eden mark at the bottom takes you back to your workspace.

To give the page more room, click Hide sidebar at the top of the sidebar, or click the lit rail button. Click it again to bring the sidebar back.

Take a course

• The top of the sidebar shows how many lessons you've done. Continue opens the next one you haven't finished.
• Opening a lesson hides the sidebar so you can read. If you open the sidebar again while reading, it stays open until you hide it.
• Lessons check off when you open them. Click Done at the top of a lesson to uncheck it.
• At the bottom of a lesson, Mark done and next moves you on. Previous goes back.
• Select text in a lesson to highlight it or add a note. Only you see your highlights.

Chat beside a lesson

If your course or Custom AI has a chat, click Chat at the top of a lesson. The chat opens on the right and knows which lesson you have open. Ask it to explain, quiz you, or apply the idea. The sidebar hides to make room.

On a phone, tap the chat bubble at the top of a lesson. The chat slides up over the lesson.

Change the reading font and size

Click ⋯ near the bottom of the rail, above the Eden mark.

• Theme: Light, Dark, or System.
• Reading font: Sans, or Book for a serif font.
• Text size: Small, Medium, or Large.

On a phone, tap the product's name at the top and pick Reading font or Text size. Your choices are saved on that device.

Delete a note

In Notes, right-click a note and click Delete. On a phone, press and hold the note. It moves to the Trash in your Eden Library, so it leaves your Library too. On the web, click Undo on the message that pops up to bring it right back.

On the web, Store → Your access also shows your calls coming up, how far you are in each course, and memberships you can manage or rejoin.

Credits

Chatting uses Eden AI credits from the workspace that got the purchase.

• Buying a product with an AI gives you 50 credits, one time, even on Free.
• Some products include more credits. The offer card says how many, like "Includes 250 AI credits."
• On a membership, included credits arrive every month, on a yearly plan too.
• Your balance is in the ⋯ menu on the rail. Pick Get more credits to top up.

When you run out of credits

A Keep going window opens with your options:

See credit packs	A one-time top-up. Pack credits never expire.
Starter annual	Best mode, more AI models, research, scheduling, and a store
Set it up (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor)	Use it in the AI app you already pay for. No Eden credits.

If you already pay for Eden, you see top-ups for your plan instead. These are Eden charges, separate from what you paid the creator.

Use it in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor

Open the ⋯ menu and pick Use in Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, or go to the setup page. Connect Eden to your app, then paste the setup message into a new chat. Loading your AI and its knowledge there costs no Eden credits.

Refunds and help

The creator's product page has their refund policy and contact details. A full refund removes your access, and Eden emails you the amount. Most banks show the money within 5 to 10 business days. For an access problem, email Eden support with your purchase email and the product name.
