Content Command Center: a free Claude workflow for your analytics

Set up the free Content Command Center workflow and Claude builds a five-station dashboard on your real cross-platform stats — private metrics included, with an optional Telegram digest.

·4 min read

Content Command Center is a free guided workflow where Claude builds a content dashboard with you: five stations running on your real numbers from every platform you post on, plus an optional digest to your phone. No scraper accounts, no API tokens, no fake agent animations.

The five stations

Every card on the finished dashboard is live data from your accounts or your market:

  • Analyst. Your period totals with honest deltas, follower movement, and how you stack up against creators your size — including private metrics like impressions, saves, watch time, and Substack email opens.
  • Scout. Breakout posts in your niche and competitor posts beating their own baseline, each with the receipt.
  • Strategist. Your winning topics and formats turned into one clear bet with plays attached.
  • Planner. What's actually in your posting queue, and where the gaps are.
  • Repurposer. Your old outliers worth a second run.

The fastest setup: one pasted line

Paste this into Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop, or Claude Code):

Set up Eden's Content Command Center workflow: fetch https://eden.so/skills/content-command-center/install.md and follow it.

Claude connects the Eden MCP if it isn't already, installs the workflow, and starts the guided build — asking you to click only where it can't.

What the build looks like

Claude goes one step at a time and waits for your ok before each move:

  1. 01

    Link your accounts in chat

Claude hands you one personal link where you authorize each network. Substack connects separately in Eden under Settings → Social accounts.

  2. 02

    Your data feed turns on

Eden starts importing your post history and metrics. Within a few minutes Claude shows you a real number as proof the feed is live, then your true top 5 posts.

  3. 03

    The dashboard gets built

Claude runs the five stations and fills a clean one-page dashboard with your real stats. On claude.ai it renders right in chat; in Claude Code it also lands as a file, and you can add a Telegram digest to your phone.

Say "refresh my content command center" any time, or tell Claude a day and time to make it recurring. Every refresh grades the previous bet honestly.

What it needs

The workflow is free. The data behind it — account linking and the private analytics warehouse — needs a paid Eden workspace (Starter and up). Reading your own analytics is cheap; the market sweep spends a handful of research credits per refresh. If credits run out, Claude still rebuilds the dashboard from your own data and labels the market card partial.
