Sync your Instagram saves

Bring your saved Instagram posts, reels, and Saved collections into your Library, read from your own signed-in session.

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Enable Instagram saves. Pick all saves or just some collections, then click Connect & sync. Needs the Mac app or the Eden Chrome extension. On Free you import by hand, up to 100 items. Automatic sync is on Personal and above.

Turn it on

    Sign in to Instagram

    In the Mac app, click Sign in to Instagram on the Instagram Saves card and log in. In Chrome, just be signed in to Instagram in the same browser profile as the Eden extension.

    Enable it

    Click Enable Instagram saves. Eden reads your collection list first.

    Choose what syncs

    Pick All saved posts or Selected collections. Click Connect & sync.

A big backlog takes a few runs to finish. Instagram limits how fast saves can be read.

What you get

  • Each post, reel, and carousel as a Library card, with a searchable caption.
  • The creator attached to each card.
  • Your collections as tags. A post saved under "Hooks" arrives tagged Hooks.

To see only these cards, open the Library filter and pick Instagram Saves under Source.

Tags are added only when a save first arrives. If you remove one, it stays removed.

Keep it up to date

  • On Personal and above, new saves sync about once a day while the Mac app or Chrome is running and signed in to Instagram.
  • Click Sync now to sync right away. On Free, this is how new saves come in.
  • Click Manage collections to change which collections sync.
  • In All saved posts mode, new collections are included on their own.

If it stops working

  • Signed out of Instagram: sign back in. In the Mac app, click Sign in to Instagram. Then click Retry sync.
  • Needs a newer extension: Chrome updates it on its own. To force it, go to chrome://extensions and click Update.

Turn it off

Click Disconnect on the card. Your imported saves move to Trash, where you can restore them.
