Save an email

   Find your address

   Open Settings, pick the Integrations tab, and find Email capture. On the iOS and Android apps, open Settings and tap Email capture.

   Copy it

   Your address looks like save-…@in.eden.so. Click Copy.

   Forward an email

   Forward any email to that address. To, Cc, or Bcc all work.

Forward newsletters automatically

Set up a rule in your email app so every issue goes to Eden:

• Gmail: add your Eden address under Settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP, then make a filter for the sender that forwards to it. Gmail sends a confirmation code first. That email lands in your Library too, so grab the code there.
• Apple Mail: add a rule under Settings → Rules that matches the sender and forwards to your Eden address.

Choose where emails go

Your address is the same in every workspace. Emails go to the Library of your first workspace by default. To change that, use Save captured emails to on the Email capture card. If you have more than one workspace, pick the Library under the workspace you want. You can also pick a board, or create a new one.

Add an email to your Reading list

On the web, the Email capture card also shows a Reading list address. It's your address with +read added, like save-…[email protected]. Click Copy next to it.

An email sent there is saved like any other, in the place you picked. It's also added to your Reading list. Open it from there and it opens ready to read.

What each email becomes

Right-click an email in your Library or on a board and choose Read in Eden to read it without distractions.

If an email didn't show up

Your plan's item limit applies. When your workspace is full, new emails aren't saved until you free up space or upgrade.
