Searching your Library with AI
Search everything you've saved by meaning, not just keywords. Eden's AI search finds the right links, notes, PDFs, and highlights fast.
Filtering narrows your Library by structure. Search finds things by meaning. Ask for "pricing psychology" and Eden surfaces the saves that are about it, even when those exact words never appear.
The Library holds everything you save: links, PDFs, notes, social posts, and highlights. Once you have more than a handful of items, scrolling stops working. Search is how you get to the one thing you half-remember saving.
Search by meaning, not just keywords
Eden's Library search is AI-powered. It combines semantic search, which understands what a passage is about, with keyword and title matching. That means two things work at once:
- Meaning matches. Search "pricing psychology" and you'll get the article on anchoring, the note about charm pricing, and the highlight about willingness to pay, even if none of them use your exact phrase.
- Keyword matches. Search a creator's name, a book title, or an exact term and Eden finds the literal hit too.
This is the same kind of search that powers Discover, scoped to your own saved items instead of the full public corpus. It runs across every content type in one pass, so a single query pulls back the link, the PDF, and the highlight together.
Search vs filtering
Search and filtering do different jobs, and they're better together.
- Filtering is chip-based structural narrowing. Pick a type, a board, or a source and the Library shows only items that match. Use it when you know the shape of what you want ("just PDFs," "only highlights").
- Search is meaning-based retrieval. Type a phrase and Eden ranks everything by relevance. Use it when you know the idea but not where it lives.
Filter down to a slice, then search inside it when you want both at once.
Search from chat and MCP
The same search runs in Eden chat. Ask "find my saved items about cold outreach" and Eden searches your Library and brings back the matches, ready to reference in whatever you're writing.
It's also available through Eden MCP, so an AI client connected to your workspace can search your saves the same way. Wherever you ask, you're querying the same Library.
The Library: everything you've saved, in one place
The Library is your workspace-wide home for every link, PDF, image, note, saved post, and highlight. Here is how it works and how it relates to boards.
Filtering and browsing your Library
Narrow your Library with filter chips, group items by source, and sort the grid. Chips work as a union, so each one you add shows more items, not fewer.
