Send people different ways in a DM flow

A split sends nothing. It runs the moment someone reaches it and sends them down one path.

Add a split

   Click + and pick Split

   Under the step, click +, then Split. Whatever came next becomes Everyone else.

   Add your paths

   Name each path, like "Beginner". Pick how it decides (see below). Click Add a path for more.

   Build each path

   Click + under a path to add its steps. Or use Goes to to send it to a step you already have.

How a path decides

Their answer and Eden knows go first, top to bottom. Then the AI picks from the AI decides paths. If nothing fits, they go Everyone else.

Their answer can be was given, wasn't given, is exactly, mentions, is a number over, or is a number under. Separate options with commas: any one counts.

Eden knows can be already bought a product, are on my email list, or have the tag. It matches people by email, so an earlier step has to ask for theirs.

Join paths back up

Point two paths at the same step with Goes to. The step shows once, and the other path shows Goes to Step N. Use it for a shared last step, like asking everyone for their email.

See who went where

• Each path's label shows how many people took it.
• In People, click someone to see Which way they went, with the AI's reason.
• Test shows which path it took and why.

Limits

Up to 6 splits per flow, and 4 paths per split plus Everyone else.

Deleting a split sends everyone Everyone else. Steps that were only on its other paths are deleted too.
