Store & selling

Give a teammate access to a workspace's store

Let a workspace member coach their own clients, or view, edit, or run the workspace's store as an admin. Payouts and the store link stay with the store's owner.

·2 min read

Go to Settings → Members, click Edit access next to the person, and pick Coach, Can view, Can edit, or Admin under Store. It saves right away and applies to this workspace's store.

Workspace owners run the store, so they don't need a level. Store access costs nothing extra.

Give access to a member

  1. 01

    Open Members

In the workspace whose store it is, go to Settings → Members.

  2. 02

    Click Edit access

One panel holds their role, their Team boards access, and their store access.

  3. 03

    Pick a store level

Under Store, choose Coach, Can view, Can edit, or Admin. Pick No access to take it back.

Pick access when you start the store

When you claim a handle and the workspace already has members, Eden asks Who can use it? Pick a level next to each person, then click Done. Each pick saves right away. Close it to decide later in Settings → Members.

Give access when you invite someone

The invite row in Settings → Members has a store picker next to the email box. It starts at No store access. Pick Store: coach, Store: can view, Store: can edit, or Store: admin before you click Invite. They get it when they join.

Give store access only

To let someone help with the store without seeing your boards:

  • In Edit access, set Team boards to No access.
  • When you invite them, pick No boards in the invite row.

Their sidebar stays one list. It doesn't split into Private and Team for them.

What each level allows

LevelWhat they can do
No accessNothing. They can't open this workspace's store. This is the default.
CoachOnly the coaching clients you assign them: their calls, notes, files, and space. No sales, products, customers, leads, or money.
Can viewSee sales, customers, products, and pages. No changes.
Can editAlso change products, prices, pages, discounts, and customers.
AdminAlso refund payments, gift credits to customers, and manage email list, checkout, and scheduling connections and the purchase webhook.

These always stay with the person who started the store, at every level:

  • Stripe payouts and the store link.
  • Buying credits with their card.

What your teammate sees

They open the workspace and click the Store icon at the top of the sidebar. Already in a store, they click their name at the bottom of the store sidebar and pick your workspace. A note says whose store it is and what they can do. If they try something their level doesn't allow, Eden tells them instead of doing it.

Add a coach to your team

Give them the Coach level, then assign their clients:

  1. In your store, go to Clients and open a client.
  2. Under Coaches, click Assign and pick them.

They see only the clients assigned to them. Each client can have up to 10 coaches. Owners and editors still see every client. Each coach gets an email when you assign them a client.

Book calls on the coach's calendar

On their Clients page, or in Settings → Call hours, the coach sets Your hours and connects Google Calendar. These are their own hours in every workspace. After that, their clients book calls inside the coach's hours, on the coach's calendar, and the booking email goes to the coach. Until then, calls book on the store's calendar and the coach gets a copy of the email. With more than one coach on a client, the first one assigned who has hours set hosts.

Remove access

Set their store level to No access, or remove them from the workspace. Access stops within seconds.
