Next time you make an invoice for the same person, their details are filled in for you.

Add your own business details

The first time, fill in From (your business): your business name, address, and tax number. They're saved for every invoice you make. To change them later, click Edit next to From (your business).

Use Note for a line at the bottom, like a reverse charge line for VAT.

Invoice numbers

  • Invoices count up on their own: INV-0001, INV-0002, and so on.
  • Change the start under Invoice numbers start with. New invoices use it.
  • Each payment gets one invoice. Open it again to fix a detail, and it keeps the same number and date.

Memberships and payment plans

Invoice on the product covers the first payment. For a later payment, click Receipt next to it under Renewals or Later payments, then Make invoice.

On your phone

Invoices are made on the web for now. On the phone you can still email or share a receipt.
