Sort, tag, and act on your customers

Use a ready-made view

Views sit above the list. Only views with people in them show up.

View	Who's in it
Follow-ups due	A note's reminder date has come and it isn't marked done
Repeat buyers	Paid for two or more products
Top spenders	The top tenth of paying customers by total spent
New this month	Became a customer in the last 30 days
Renewal at risk	A membership payment failed or is set to end, or a payment plan is behind
Past members	Had a membership and none is open now
Not opening emails	On your email list but hasn't opened or clicked in six months

Click a view again, or All customers, to go back.

Sort and filter

• Use the sort menu for Newest first, Most spent, Oldest first, Last paid, or Name A–Z.
• The Spent column shows what each person paid in total, renewals included, minus refunds.
• Use All tags to show only people with one tag.

Email a whole view

With a view or tag picked, the line under the filters says how many people that is and how many are on your email list.

• Email them tags everyone shown with a new group tag, then opens a new broadcast to that tag.
• Pick a tag and click Add tag to tag everyone shown, on every page.

Tags and email need email marketing, which needs Starter or above.

Act on the people you tick

Tick the box next to each person. A bar shows how many you picked, with these actions:

Action	What it does
Add tag	Adds a tag. People not on your email list are skipped.
Remove tag	Takes a tag off.
Email them	Tags them with a new group tag, then click Write the email to open a broadcast.
Add note	Adds the same note, or follow-up reminder, to each person.
Give AI credits	Gives each person credits on their newest product with an AI chat.

Your picks stay ticked as you change pages. They clear when you change a filter.

To act on everyone the filters show, tick every row on the page, then click Select all N matching. Tags and email then reach every page. Notes and credits work on up to 500 ticked people, so they're off in this mode.

There's no bulk refund or revoke. Do those one person at a time.
