Sell paid questions (Ask me)

Set it up

   Create it

   Open your store, go to Products, click New product, and pick Ask me. It starts at one question for $50, answered within 2 days.

   Pick how people pay

   On the Offer step, under How buyers pay, pick One-time to sell one question or a pack. Pick Membership and set a Monthly price or Yearly price to sell "ask anytime".

   Set the rules

   On the Ask me step, set how many questions people get, You answer within (24 hours to a week), and whether to Refund late questions.

   Publish

   Fill in the Page step, then click Publish on the Publish step.

Building products starts on the $5 Discover plan (on Free you can look around the store). Publishing needs Starter or above.

The three ways to sell it

Someone who buys a pack twice gets both packs. If you change the pack size later, people who already bought keep what they paid for. A member's count resets each time they renew.

Answer a question

1. Open Inbox → Paid questions. On Waiting, the soonest due is at the top.
2. Click Answer. Write, click Record voice or Record video, or Upload a file. Draft with AI writes a first draft from your page and your past answers.
3. Click Send answer. The buyer gets an email and a phone notice.

You get a phone notice when a question arrives. To fix an answer later, click Edit answer on the Answered tab.

On the phone apps, you can answer in writing from Needs you in your store. Recording, files, and Decline are on the web only.

When you can't answer

• Late questions. On one-time purchases with Refund late questions on, Eden refunds that question's share by itself when the time runs out. Members are never refunded per question.
• Decline. Click Decline and add a short note if you like. A one-time buyer gets that question's share back. A member's question stops counting, so they can ask another.
• Too busy. Turn on Pause new questions or set a Weekly limit on the Ask me step. New sales stop. People who already paid can still ask.

Show answers on your page

Buyers can tick a box to let you show their question and your written answer, never their name. With Show answers on the page on, click Show on page on any answer they said OK to. It appears under Recent answers on the product page. Voice notes and videos stay private.

What buyers see

Right after paying, they can send their question on the thank-you screen. Later they open the product in Eden, on the web or the phone apps, to ask more, see how many questions are left, and read, play, or watch your answers. Buying more questions happens on the web.

Ask me products can't be order bumps, upsells, bundle items, or affiliate products.
