Your call hours in every workspace
Set your call hours and Google Calendar once. Every store you take calls for books on them, and each store keeps its own booking rules.
Your call hours belong to you, not to a store. Set them once in Settings → Call hours, or in any store's Calendar. Every store you take calls for books on them, so you're never double booked across workspaces.

Open Call hours
Go to Settings → Call hours. You can also use Your hours in any store's Calendar. It's the same set.

Connect Google Calendar
Click Connect Google Calendar on the card. Your busy times block slots in every store.

Fill in your week
Pick your time zone, your weekly hours, and any date changes. Then click Save hours.

A store's rules live under This store's booking rules in its Calendar. Change them and click Save rules. They don't touch your other stores.
Take time off
In any store's Calendar, click Time off, pick the days, and click Take time off. No one can book you on those days, in any store. Calls already booked stay booked. The box lists them, including ones in your other stores, so you can move or cancel them.
Pick whose hours a store books on
Calls book on picks the person whose hours and Google Calendar the store's calls use. It starts as the store's owner. The owner or an admin can switch it to any teammate with store access.
If that person hasn't set their hours or connected Google, the store says so, and no one can book until they do. A call type with its own host still books on that host's hours.
Had different hours in two stores?
When hours moved to one set per person, Eden kept the hours from your own workspace's store. Check Settings → Call hours and change anything that's off.

Let people book open times on your own Google Calendar, with a Meet link on every call, and no other scheduler.
Share booking links for your calls
Make a call type once, like a free intro call or a paid session, and share its booking link as often as you like.
Give a teammate access to a workspace's store
Let a workspace member coach their own clients, or view, edit, or run the workspace's store as an admin. Payouts and the store link stay with the store's owner.
