Share booking links for your calls
Make a call type once, like a free intro call or a paid session, and share its booking link as often as you like.
Go to Your store → Calendar → Calls, set your hours, and click New call type. Each call
type gets one link, like yourname.eden.so/call/intro. Share it anywhere. People pick a time and
it lands on your Google Calendar.
Make a call type
- 01
Connect Google Calendar
Calendar asks you to connect it first. Your busy times block slots, and every booked call lands on your calendar.
- 02
Set your hours
Fill in Your hours near the bottom of the page and click Save hours. Already set them in another workspace? They're already here.
- 03
Make the call
Pick a starting point or click New call type. Fill in the name, length, and price, then click Create call.
- 04
Share the link
Click the copy icon on the call's row. Use the same link as often as you like.
Your first call can start from Free intro call (15 min), Strategy session (60 min, paid), or Sales call (30 min, for approved applicants). Each one fills the form for you to change.
Call type settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name and Link | The link follows the name until you change it. Changing it breaks the old link. |
| Description | Shown on the booking page. |
| Video | A YouTube, Loom, Vimeo, or Wistia link. It plays at the top of the booking page. |
| Length | 15, 20, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes. |
| Hosts | Add teammates from your workspace. People only see times when every host is free. |
| Price | Free or Paid. People pay on the booking page, then they're booked. |
| Who can book | Anyone, Anyone with the link, or Approved applicants. |
| Show on your store | Adds a card to your store page. Only for Anyone. |
| Confirm their email first | Free calls only. The time is held until they click a link in their email. |
| Where you meet | Your default, Google Meet, or My own link. |
| Questions | Up to 3, asked after their name and email. Mark any as Required. |
| Only certain days and times | Narrows your hours for this call. It can't add hours outside them. |
| Limits | Most of these a week, Minimum notice, and How far ahead. |
The Free plan includes one call type. Starter and above can make up to 20.
Sales calls are always free. Paid calls need Starter or above, Stripe connected, and a support email. Your store's discount codes and sales work on them too.
To stop a call, open it and click Archive this call. Its link stops working.
Set your hours and time off
Your hours are yours, the same in every workspace and store, so nothing double books. See Your call hours in every workspace.
- Where you meet: the default for every call.
- Weekly hours: when people can book you, in your time zone.
- Date changes: block a day off, or set different hours on one date.
- Booking rules: Gap between calls and Most calls in a day.
Under This store's booking rules, the store sets Minimum notice, Booking window, Start times, and Moving and canceling. A call type can set some of its own.
Click Time off, pick the First day off and Last day off, and click Take time off. No one can book you on those days, in any store. Calls already booked then stay booked, and the box lists them, including ones in your other stores.
Your week shows your open hours, busy time from Google, and booked calls. Coming up lists every booked call, with Join when there's a meeting link.
Change a booked call
Click a call in Coming up to open it.
- Add a guest: type any email, or click a teammate under From your workspace. Google emails them the invite. Click the x next to a guest to take them off. A call can have up to 10 guests.
- Reschedule: pick the new time and length, then click Move call. Google Calendar moves it and emails everyone the new time.
- Cancel call: click it, then confirm. It comes off your Google Calendar and Google tells everyone. Canceling a paid call doesn't refund it.
Calls booked in Calendly or Cal.com change there. Calls you logged by hand change on the client's page.
What people see when they book
- They pick a day, then a time, or tap one of the Next open times. Times show in their own time zone.
- They add their name, email, and your questions. Add guests invites up to 3 more people. The box Send me emails from (your name) starts unticked. Ticked, they join your email contacts.
- Free call: they click Book this call. Paid call: they click Continue, and the time is held 10 minutes while they pay on the same page. Have a code? takes a discount code.
- The You're booked screen has Reschedule and Cancel call links. Google Calendar sends them and their guests an invite, and they get a reminder email a day before and an hour before.
If Confirm their email first is on, they see Check your email instead. The call is booked once they click the link.
A Built on Eden pill sits at the bottom of the booking and confirmation pages. It carries your referral code, so anyone who signs up from it counts toward your referral earnings. To hide it, go to your store page editor and turn off Built on Eden badge under Visibility. That hides it on your store page too.
Put your calls on your store
- Turn on Show on your store and a Book a call card appears on your store page. You can also add it from Add block → Book a call in the page editor.
yourname.eden.so/calllists every call on your store. It only works while at least one is on.- A content link can open a call's booking page.
- In Auto-DM, the link field has a Call tab.
Host a call with a teammate
Open the call, go to Hosts, and pick a teammate under Add a host. People only see times when you and every host are free, and every host gets the Google Calendar invite and the booking emails.
- Hosts are workspace members with access to your store. You can add up to 4.
- Each host sets up once, in Settings → Call hours: their hours and their own Google Calendar. Hours they already use in another workspace count. You never see their events, only when they're busy.
- Until every host is set up, the link shows no times. The call's row says so. In the call's settings, click Email them a reminder next to a host to send them the setup steps (once a day).
- The call goes on your Google Calendar. Hosts can't be picked in turns (round robin).
Give a teammate their own link
Open the call and set Who runs this call to your teammate. The link then books on their hours and their Google Calendar, and the booking page shows their name and photo. You're not on these calls, but they show in your Calendar, and payment still goes to your store.
Your teammate picks where these calls go and how they meet in their own Your hours (Settings → Call hours).
Sales calls for applicants
Set Who can book to Approved applicants. Then pick it as the Sales call on a coaching product that asks people to apply. When you click Invite to a call in Your store → Audience → Clients, that person gets a private link with their name and email filled in. The booked call shows on their application. See Sell coaching.
Take bookings on your Google Calendar
Let people book open times on your own Google Calendar, with a Meet link on every call, and no other scheduler.
Your call hours in every workspace
Set your call hours and Google Calendar once. Every store you take calls for books on them, and each store keeps its own booking rules.
Sell coaching
Sell coaching, consulting, or any high-ticket offer, with applications, calls on your own scheduler, and a private space for each client.
