Workspace and profile pictures
Change the picture on your workspace or your profile, on the web or your phone.
Click your workspace name in the sidebar, then click the picture or name at the top of the menu. Until you add one, your workspace shows your profile picture.
Change your workspace picture

Open the workspace menu
On the web, click your workspace name in the sidebar. On your phone, tap the workspace name at the top of Home.

Open name and picture
On the web, click the picture or the workspace name at the top of the menu. On your phone, choose Add workspace picture (or Name and picture if it already has one).

Upload and save
Click or tap the picture to upload a photo, then press Save. You can also fill it in from a profile: paste an @handle, profile link, or website and pick a match.
You can also change it in Settings → Workspace on the web.
Change your profile picture
- Web: open Settings → Profile and click Profile picture.
- Phone: open Settings and tap your picture at the top.
It saves as soon as the upload finishes.
Which picture shows where

Store helpers don't count as team members. A workspace where only you plus store helpers belong still shows your profile picture.
When the first teammate joins a workspace that shows your profile picture, that picture becomes the workspace's own picture. It stays until someone changes it.
Brand workspaces skip your profile picture so no one sees your face as a brand's picture. Add a picture to any workspace the same way.
Add and switch between brands
Give each client or brand a private workspace with its own name and picture, start it with research boards, and jump between them from the top of your sidebar.
