Add a client

   Open Add a brand

   From your main workspace, open the switcher and click Add a brand.

   Name it and add a picture

   Type the client's name, or type their @handle, profile link, or website under Or fill it in from their profile, click Find, and pick the right match. Eden fills in the name and picture. Click the picture to upload your own instead.

   Pick On your plan

   Brand workspace runs on your Team plan and shares its credits, storage, and email sends. Separate workspace starts on its own Free plan instead.

The new workspace starts empty. Eve adds boards as the work needs them.

Team includes 3 brand workspaces. Past those, Eden asks you to add one for $19 a month, or $9 a month once you have more than 10. Up to 25 in total. Need more? Talk to us.

Already have a workspace for this client? Open the switcher and click Add existing workspace instead. See move workspaces you already have.

Change a client's picture or name

You don't have to switch into a client to change how it looks.

• Switcher. Open the switcher, point at a client, and click the pencil.
• Settings. Open Settings → Team → Brands and click a client's picture, name, or Edit.
• Phone. On Home in your main workspace, press and hold a brand under Brands, then tap Edit name and picture.

Each one opens the same box. Upload a picture, change the name, or use Find to pull both from their profile or website. The new picture shows for everyone in that workspace.

Set up each client

On Team, Home in your main workspace shows four first steps. Invite your team, Build your content strategy, Connect your accounts (this workspace's own accounts), and Add another brand, which is optional. You can also invite your team any time in Settings → Members. Team has no seat limit.

Home inside each client shows that client's own steps:

1. Set up [name]. Eve asks for their website and handles, learns their voice, and builds their strategy, all in one chat.
2. Connect [name]'s accounts. So you can post for them and Eve can see what works.
3. Post [name]'s first idea. Eve finds an idea that works, drafts it in their voice, and schedules it.

On your team Home, a client that isn't set up yet says Not set up yet. Click it to start Eve's setup chat in that workspace.

Switch clients

The switcher lists your Main workspace first, then Brands A to Z. Once you have more than 5, a Recent list shows up too. Type in Find a brand to search, and use the arrow keys and Enter to pick.

The top of the sidebar always shows which workspace you're in. Inside a client workspace, it reads Part of your main workspace's name.

Change the shortcut

Open Settings → Shortcuts and change Switch brand.
