Inviting people to a note, board, or table
Share one note, board, or table with specific people by email, as a viewer or an editor. Invites are free and don't use a seat.
Open the item and click Share. Type an email, pick Can view or Can edit, and click Invite. They get an email with a link to just that one item. It's free and doesn't use a seat.
Invite someone

Open Share
Open the note, board, or table and click its Share icon.

Enter their email
Type it in the Email address box at the top.

Pick access and send
Choose Can view or Can edit next to the email, then click Invite.
No Eden account yet? Their row shows Invited. The item is waiting for them when they sign up with that email. People who already have an account show as Guest.
What each role can do
| Role | What they can do |

| Can view | Open and read the item. |
| Can edit | Change the content. On a table, that means rows and cells, not columns. |
- Invited people can't share the item with anyone else. Only your workspace can.
- They see only what you shared, under Shared with me in their sidebar.
Change or remove access
Open Share, click the dropdown on the person's row, and pick a new role or Remove access. They lose access right away. Anything they added stays.
Sharing a board with a collaborator
Turn on a public link anyone can view, or invite specific people by email to view or edit one board.
Sharing a single item
Share one note or table without sharing the board it lives on. Make it public, or invite people by email.
Team and private boards
In a workspace with more than one member, Private boards stay yours and Team boards are shared. Control who can view, edit, or even see each Team board.
